I stood in line 15 minutes, literally staring at a young girl at the register before she looked at me finally and took my order. There were 4 people behind me in line. They all left before I was served. I have never seen such a terrible customer service environment in a Wendys in my almost 50 years. The food was prepared as I would expect. However I literally watched employees work the drive through and maybe some uber eat customers while 4-5 of us stood in line and were ignored. Not even a " sorry we are short staffed ". I can only guess they were slow walking orders to not overwhelm the cook.
The restaurant was filthy. I almost left. There was spilled soda on the floor and the floor was wet, tables were left with food pieces and debris from the last people there and nobody was doing anything in the lobby to clean or tidy up, they were not even trying. It took a few minutes to find a table that was NOT trashed. If I had not just did a 10 hour drive, I would have left.
Again I have never seen a Wendys this trashed before. The manager of this place has either a serious problem they are not aware of, or the person is incompetent and a slob.

Took the order messed up twice which worked out in our favor but while he was waiting on us a manager began to reprimand him in front of us and a line of customers waiting for him to come back to the counter. The manager didn't seem to care about the customer being there. But I found this to be a very innopropriate time. Line of customers he was getting our food to give to us and she stops in dead in his tracks to do this. And to top it off the garbage cans were overflowing and most of the tables needed wiped off. Maybe the manager should have been aware of the looks of the store and outside and put her energy into taking care of that instead of holding up the line and to reprimand an employee which she should have down out of site of customers and a slower time.
I love wendys food and don't usually have problems, but would highly recommend skipping this location if you are in the area go to one of the many other fast food or...
Read moreThe manager was very unprofessional. When we arrived inside, the manager was yelling and cussing about someone in the drive thru yelling at her and she ended up throwing her headset. We ordered our food to go but decided to eat inside. I told the girl at the counter that we would be right back in, that we decided to eat inside, as they was getting our order ready we stepped outside to get my fiancés handicapped son and the manager ended up locking us out, a customer inside opened the door to let us back in. The manager was heard cussing several more times especially saying God-d* it during our meal. It was just an overall horrible experience.
