There was a woman who took our order and was very out of breath so it was hard to understand her... made my order and paid(she was on her phone and rude).. went to 2nd window and the woman was awesome, got our food but it was wrong. Had to drive back through and was trying to explain but the girl again was out of breath even though she was sitting at her window 1st time around and 2nd time around she was extremely rude.. drove past her window to 2nd window and the other woman was amazing again. The order was punched in wrong but she fixed it for me and was super apologetic.. told her she should tell her manager to find a different person for taking orders as the girl was on her phone, didnt seem to care well being rude and she told me the girl at 1st window was the assistant manager... must be a friend of a friend because she wasnt manager material at all nor did she care! Read moreAttention Owner or Corporate: Your employees are most likely robing you blind. Last 3 evenings was told they only take cash. In a society that is trending cashless I highly doubt card system would be down that long. Almost every car was driving thru with no order because no one carries cash. cashier every time was a white thin female with a southern drawl and bad teeth. A few days earlier went to go through the drive-thru and the lights were off at like 10pm so went to the speaker anyway and the same cashier says her "system is down for 5 minutes" and to pull into a parking space and she'll tell me when its "back up" so I did and then here she comes from the BP gas next door. So I'm sure its your policy to shut down the store to shop at BP while customers have to wait. Also they are always out of something, they were out of CO2 for like 3 days so nice dry meals without drinks. About 1 in 10 are there any baked potatoes. To be the highest priced chain you have to have better food and service, this location has neither. I'm done with this...
Read moreI ordered curbside service which had been very quick in recent visits for me, which was 5 minutes or so. I pulled into a designated parking spot and checked in. Minutes have gone by and while waiting I saw several cars arrive after me for the drive thru. All cars received their orders very quickly. After 13 minutes sitting there I was about to call the location to see if they knew I was there but I saw a girl coming out to me. I told her I never had to wait this long and was ready to call to check my order. She said “I knew you were here, but then….” and she shrugged like it was no big deal. She at least told me to have a good day. I give her that, but seems she needs to work on her customer service skills. My order was good but no napkins provided. I will come back but with my experience in today’s visit, it seems like this location is lacking when it comes to the little things that can make a customer’s experience...
