I'll get to the wonderful meal, but first I have to highly commend the staff for taking good care of my credit card when I left it there by mistake. I didn't realize I was missing the card until the next morning. My server had carefully wrapped it up for me and written my name on the outside of the wrapping. When I went back for it, they weren't open yet, but workers quickly came to my rescue and returned the card ... which was important because I was on my way out of town. As for the food, the house margarita was amazing, made with delicious fresh juices. The quinoa salad was excellent & my server's recommendation to add shrimp was spot on. The flan was locally made & delicious, although I would have preferred it without the added strawberry topping sauce. The sauce was tasty & freshly-made, but I personally prefer flan without a sweet topping. My server was very friendly & attentive, even though I was dining alone, which usually means a smaller tip than she'd get from a bigger table. Read moreLet me start by saying that we have been here quite a few times and lately we were able to have the pleasure of being served by Cooper and another day, Vanessa. They were both so accommodating and polite. The day we had Vanessa as our server, we came in with a party of 15. She handled it like a champ! She was so organized, professional and efficient. All the while she kept smiling no matter how busy her section got. The afternoon we came and had Cooper as our server we had a smaller party. He was very personable, funny and organized. He had a full section and never once broke a sweat. The rest of the staff is amazing, but we will be back to see our 2 favorite servers! 💜 The food is also quite delicious. There are a plethora of menu choices and a variety of cocktails. We have been going here for years and always try to taste something new when we come in. All of which has never...
Read moreWe sat on the patio for lunch before attending a memorial. Staff warned us that service might be slow because they had recently seated an enormous party, but the service was very fast and also very friendly. The food was delicious, my husband was particularly impressed with the duck quesadilla. The sunny patio with colorful umbrellas and the charming fountain was a relaxing place to eat. Hours later, towards the end of the memorial when my 4year old started wanting to go home, I took him back to Agave Maria's for dessert, to give my husband a little more time with his family. The fountain has fire at night, which my son was delighted by, and the umbrellas were down so we looked at the stars and had cake. It was absolutely lovely, and we made a fun and peaceful memory despite it being a rather difficult day. We live about an hour away but we'll be making excuses...
