Restaurant is normally good. Recently, maybe because of personelle changes, standards have dropped. Last week I purchased a Reuben and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to double meat. I declined. Got home and saw my Reuben had little to no corned beef and was mostly saurkraut. So that sucked. 4 days later I purchased 2 double roast beef sandwiches. The drive through attendant asked if I wanted any sauces to which I replied 'Horsey Sauce'. They gave me my drink and asked me to pull up by the door and someone will bring my food out when ready. They do this often even when nobody ever comes in line behind me, which is annoying. About 8 minutes later they bring out my order. I look in the bag and there is only Arby's Sauce which I despise. So I need to park, go inside and get what I asked for, Horsey Sauce. This could have saved time if I was still at the window. Now I realize it's almost 9pm and 95% of the roast beef is cut during the late morning but what I got looked like, tasted like, and the texture of the roast beef was like it was carved 3 days ago and wasn't good at all. My most recent trip to the same store occured just 5 days ago. I was leary to go back but was with friends who wanted Arby's for lunch. I agreed. Actually, the roast beef was very good and tender. Then again, it is 12 noon. I ended up getting the 4 for $10 deal along with my normal large crinkle fries. I hate Arby's curly fries, always have and so glad I now have an option. I also decided on a lemonade instead of my normal Sprite. Once again Horsey sauce was the request. I get my order, we went inside with 3 people and all ordered separately, and look in the bag and see Horsey sauce packets so I am happy. Until I get home. The lemonade was awful. No sweetness. It was the standard fountain lemonade not their signature lemonade so maybe that's my fault. So that was a waste of money because it was undrinkable. Secondly, I stated the roast beef was in fact very tender but there wasn't a lot of it on any of the 4 sandwiches so I ended up combining 2 into 1 which made a normal sized regular roast beef sandwich. I also was unhappy that I only received 3 total packets of Horsey sauce. 3 packets for 4 sandwiches. That's just great. I normally use 2 per sandwich so maybe combining was in their minds as well. All in all, I like Arby's but this particular one on Reno in Oklahoma City might not be my go to place much longer. They also like to close earlier than advertised. Go there on a Friday night at 11:20 after I get off work and nobody is inside. Supposed to be open til midnight. Workers are still there, usually sitting outside the main entrance, but are not manning the store for customers. I stopped going there after work and instead go to Sonic or Dairy Queen, both on either side because they are still open and working. Sure this was long but wanted to share my experiences over the...
Read moreAmazing sandwich stop! Their Loaded Italian sandwich/sub is in a unique toasted italian bun(incredible bun!) with smoked meats of ham, salami, pepperoni, banana peppers, tomato, lettuce, red onion, and red wine vinaigrette with garlic aioli and swiss cheese, comes cut in 2 diagonal complementary halves does not disappoint! It is one of their best sandwiches; one of the most insurmountable sandwiches/subs on the map! Fast friendly customer service. All my visits at this spot are typically 5 star. UPDATE: 5/26/20. My initial review of 5 stars was 6 months ago. My stars rating for that time still stands. Tonight at 9:20 is the second time I called to get a cherry turnover and left empty handed which is disappointing. I feel how hard a job and how long a job is a cherry turnover and that there's plenty of time til close to make one and why not just make one and make the customer happy. I picked up a Coke somewhere else to go with the turnover, and the Coke is now kind worthless without my cherry turnover. The window woman sounded very personable and polite about no...
Read moreI had the Bacon Ranch Wagyu burger meal yesterday, 6/9/22 at roughly 2:50 the burger was DELICIOUS, 7 stars out of 10, minus 3 stars because the burger was incomplete as the bacon was missing!!! I started to take it back, but felt such a quality beef patty with delicious flavor housed, in a delicious fresh gourmet bun should not go to waste so I just ate it all gone. This burger was one of the best drive thru burgers in the city.
Today, I went to this store again at roughly 2:30 to buy just a BACON Ranch Wagyu burger. MISSING BACON AGAIN!!!! This time makes me wonder if the burger was intentionally fixed and served incomplete due to being out of bacon? Today the burger was not half as good as yesterday, it was very charred, this alters the flavor. There was a 12 min wait to get my charred "BACON" Ranch Wagyu burger, not the worse wait, I just never remember having this long a wait at a Arby's except once during lunch but I was also the 5th car that day. The car in front of me today had to pull up and wait for their order. 2 stars total for yesterday's and...
