Let me start by saying that I totally understand that the QSR & Fast Food industry is suffering right now in regards to quality employees, and the people they hire as managers aren't capable of handling some of these stressful situations which only add to an already poor experience.
Overall, my experience at Arby's was not great. The service was slow, and the food quality was not as good as I had expected.
When I arrived, the restaurant was empty except for one customer who left without ordering. I ordered a BBQ beef sandwich and a side of curly fries. It took about 10 minutes for my food to come out, and when it did, it was not what I was expecting. The BBQ beef tasted like frozen food, and the curly fries were, of course, good as usual, but never enough.
The service was also slow. The cashier was friendly, but she seemed to be in a hurry as it was time for her to go home with no relief. She did not make eye contact with me or communicate well with me. After she gave me my order, she grabbed her bag that was sitting on the counter and told the others, "See yall, I'm out!" The manager then scolded her, stating that if it was her, she wouldn't leave in the middle of a rush, leaving others to deal with a busy crowd. The employee stayed but was clearly upset. Bad nice IMO by management, but that's another chapter.
Overall, I was not impressed with my experience at Arby's. The service was slow, the food quality was poor, and the prices were super high. I would not recommend this restaurant to others. I had not been to Arby's in about two years, and now I remember why.
Arby's marketing, commercials, ads, and menus ALWAYS look so good, but the food NEVER tastes the way it appears. Thin, soggy burgers, bland beef sandwiches. But I will give credit where it's due. The Market Fresh sandwiches are a win!
Here are some suggestions for Arby's to improve their customer service and food quality:
Although it was clear they’re in the process of trying to hire more staff and management at multiple stores by all the signs posted, it seem they can't get it done fast enough. Hire quality managers capable of training staff on how to provide better customer service. Use fresh ingredients instead of frozen food. Lower the prices of their food.
I hope that Arby's will take my feedback into consideration and make some changes to improve their customer experience.

Read moreThe person working the window at night is nice, but I had to go back twice to get what I ordered. I order a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, with jalepeno poppers and broncoberry sauce. The first time I got roast beef with lettuce, tomato, and a gallon of Arby Sauce. The second time I got roast beef with lettuce and tomato, with no sauce. The last time I went back I just got a mayonnaise packet to put on myself. The people in front of me had 2 wrong drinks, and luckily realized before they pulled away.
I get wanting speedy service, but at least put the right things in the bag, and give the right drinks.
This place only gets 2 stars because the staff is nice and apologetic, and they have...
Read moreThis location has to have the best service I have had in any fast food restaurant. The food is good . It's hot , fresh and taste like Arby's food. The 5 stars is for the staff. This is my 2nd time coming to this location. Both times I was greeting with the biggest smile and what felt like the kindest person. I didn't get anyone's name but I hope they truly know their kindness and inviting personality has brighten my day. To the drive thu attendant who worked today. I was having a hard ans very stressful day. I hope you keep that smile and bubbly personality. It's very contagious and I find I'm in a much better mood just by swinging by a drive thu and getting lunch. P.S. the salted carmel chocolate cookie...
