Showed the worker my app for her to scan, she does not acknowledge it. Then I paid with my credit card and asked again for her to scan the QR code so I can accumulate points, by that point she said it was too late. You have to scan before you pay... didn’t want to make further issues and ask to refund my payment and process it again...clearly a bit disappointed. And then as I’m sitting here, another customer walks in and shows the app to scan and scans it without any issues. Sigh. Oh well. Perhaps should train employees as part of SOP to ask each customer about royalty rewards and to scan before payment. It’s a small thing but this experience today made me upset for a few minutes... clearly I’m just ranting at this point as I’m sitting here waiting for my order. There’s even a couple poster up promoting the scan to earn rewards. At the end of the day it’s just a couple points but still leaves a distasteful experience. You would think that a business that advertises Tapioca in every pic and just about every name would have it READY for orders 90 minutes after opening. NO Not here, but happy wife happy life so I waited another 40 minutes and watched several other disappointed customers come and go. Only a couple of regulars got something. Read moreI wish I can give this a negative star, I ordered a honeydew smoothie, but the cashier misheard me, and I received a mango smoothie. I said my order pretty loud, also I could have been allergic, but that cashier probably would have not cared. The cashier was a guy with long hair in a bun, kinda darker skin. Didn’t catch his name. But I have tried returning the drink still sealed, and letting him know that I said honeydew smoothie. But he told me I had to pay for another drink with an attitude. Also when my friends tried ordering they asked a question about one of the drinks, he said that they didn’t have that specific drink in a rude way. (I’m really wanting a manger/owner of the store to see this review.)
