Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I don’t enjoy eating at braums but my little ones do. We stopped by this location and ordered a #1 meal and chicken sandwich. We waited 20 min for our meal bc they handed my order to wrong customer. I opened the hamburger and the cheese on it was ice cold. It’s like they slapped it on the patty onto the bun and wrapped it. I grabbed the burger and walked up to manager and told him that the cheese is ice cold and not even slightly melted. Is that how burger supposed to be serviced? He said no. He said he’ll take care of the issue. Comes back 5 min later with same burger with the cheese still looking the same exact way It was when I handed it to him. He just rewrapped it but claimed he put it back on grill when I approached him and point it out how the cheese slice is still ice cold. I would’ve left at this point but I had kids with me who were waiting for 25 minutes to eat... 5 min go by a young lady comes back with a new burger with the cheese warm and melted like it should be.. I open burger to cut it in half for my girls and they had put so much mayo on buns that everything was falling out of burger. No wonder there were only two other customers in there the whole time time we were there. This place is so mismanaged I don’t even know how...

We love going to Braums and always make a stop when we are in the US. Today, we had a very disappointing experience at the Braum’s location on NW Expressway (store #23). We were here just before 1 pm with my 3-year-old niece to get a small scoop of ice cream. The encounter began poorly with an unfriendly greeting from an older Caucasian female employee who's name tag was smeared. Despite explaining my neice's order clearly, the employee was rude and dismissive, criticizing the child’s description of the ice cream flavor ("blue ice cream" for Birthday Cake). When it came time to pay, the employee incorrectly charged us $4.99 instead of the correct amount, causing frustration when they questioned the double charge. The employee responded with visible frustration and corrected the mistake aggressively. We are highlighting the unprofessional service this employee at store #23 provided (not just to us adults but towards the 3 year old child) and hoping for better experiences...

I enjoy coming here weekly when I need milk and frozen yogurt from the fresh market. The employees are friendly most of the time. I only give 3 stars for the times that I get my order incorrect. On Friday night, the banana split that I ordered did not come with the almonds that it was supposed to have. I also ordered the #4 4-Cheese burger combo, which is my favorite meal from Braum's. However, the burger does not come with bacon, and at the end of my burger, there was burnt bacon stuck to the end of my burger. 🤮 That wasn't cool. Plus, when I ordered a banana split Thursday afternoon in the drive-thru, my scoops of ice cream were half of the baseball-size scoops that customers are supposed to receive. Additionally, the whipped cream was melted, and the split was poorly put together. I hope that this Braum's can do better from now on, so that I don't have to drive out of my way to a...
