Wonderful parish in a beautiful, historical building. It has historical side altars that are still in use which is rare. The inside has been renovated to look more like it did back in the 1920s. Though diocesan TLMs are no longer allowed, this parish has the most conservative Novus Ordo you'll find in the area. Ad orientem, chant, smells and bells, etc. Great parish for Catholics to visit if traveling in OKC. Has confession every day of the week like in the old days. Stop in for a confession & daily mass at lunch time. Has Adoration during confessions M-F and all day adoration after mass on Thursdays. There are two seminarians from this small parish. Read moreAfter visiting the very moving OKC Memorial, and exiting at the 9.03 gate resembling the time after the bomb, it's logical to enter and visit this Catholic Church. It's a classic brick one, but with very nice stained glass inside.
While visiting the Memorial, be sure and stop in to see this beautiful Church. The stained glass and stations of the cross are amazing. I also loved seeing the Saint Michael the Archangel statue. We attended Mass and the music was amazing!
This is a beautiful old cathedral in downtown Oklahoma City with typically ornate decorations. The music is abundant and the pews are a lot more comfortable than you would expect from such and old church....

Takes you back in time with its Catholic beauty of its colorful stained glass windows, huge statues, hand painted arched ceilings, and the amazing sounds of the huge pipe organup in the loft! Then you have the opportunity to meet an amazing priest, Fr. Price Oswalt, who is always ready to share his love for this beautiful faith in a kind and generous manor.
