As a Local a Business Owner I came in to treat our team. We had a table and I spoke to the manager, (short brunette named Autumn ) about the best way to handle a situation. She acted like I was bothering her and was very rude in communicating what would work best. It was not even that busy and I normally have a great experience. But after this experience I'm relunctant to come back and refer this location to anyone while she is still managing. I hope someone in ownership or upper management can rectify this persons attitude and customer service skills.

And even better before I could get done writing this anothe girl was very impatient yelling with an attitude for me to hurry up and order my meals. And I asked for one second and she told me to hurry up again! Her name is Abby. Who is in charge of this place? They told me it was none of my business to know who the GM is of this place and then tells me it's a man named Tyler. If Tyler could contact me please do so or whomever is in charge of this establishment. As an owner I would want to know how my place is being ran and customers...

We recently visited this Fuzzys today. It seemed pretty busy for a holiday but the line was moving along. There were two registers open. We were next in line and when it was out turn the gentleman answered the phone to take an order. Not a big deal at all, but be nice and acknowledge the next person in line. The first register was free now and the young man greet us and was very efficient in taking our order. Very courteous and recocngized that I was military and gave me a discount. I didn't asked for it so that was nice. After that....all down hill. I had to show someone that I ordered a beer, then come back to ask for the drink cup for my daughter. Next the chips and queso with chorizo..chips were stale. The kids meal was wrong. We ordered a soft taco and got something that looked like chicken strips. However, they really looked like fried chicken tendons. They were long and skinny. The fried potatoes tasted terrible. There was not flavour or seasoning. My tacos were delicious and the cilantro looked fresh. Great flavor. Presentation...

Ive heard about Fuzzys Taco for quite awhile. On 7/12/21, my wife and i had to run to OKC for a meeting. We decided to eat lunch at Fuzzys Taco in Edmund. We both ordered a taco plate with grilled Mahi tacos and grilled shrimp tacos along with cilantro lime rice and potatos. The tacos were very bland and the mahi was extremely dry. The potatos were luke warm and tasted like they had been cooked several hours earlier. The cilantro lime rice was dry, bland and luke warm at best. From what all i had heard about Fuzzys, i was very excited to eat there. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the hype and i dont believe we will eat there again next time we run to OKC.

Edit on 8-5-21. Almost a month after my review, Fuzzys Taco reaches out to me wanting me to email them so the GM can contact me. Unfortunately, the email address they provided is wrong because all three of my emails to them have been rejected. Maybe next month they will respond and...

Visited today. I’m not a huge fan of this place in general. I find their food very bland but my wife likes their tacos. Today I got the brisket burrito. It was better than the regular beef burrito. I would definitely still prefer other places burritos. But it was good. The chips either had a ton of seasoning or none. The queso is as bland as any I’ve tried. My wife got the nachos. I’d say for around seven dollars this buy was a good deal. Large portion. Smothered in queso though, you can probably tell that I was like, meh. But wife did enjoy it. Overall I rated this a 3 because it’s ok, but not a place I’d choose to visit. Decent atmosphere, plenty of seating space. Clean enough. No complaints on service as they were receptive and seemed to enjoy being at work. Easy to find as its not far from Costco and right across the street from top golf.

Fuzzy’s is generally really good! Quick and easy tacos and margaritas. I like their nachos and the California heat taco is really nice. All the food is usually really fast and the service is generally pretty good (I’ve had times where I’ve had to sit there and wait to order because the employees were too busy laughing/talking to each other than to help the line of people) but other than that it’s friendly and helpful. I think my biggest complaint is the size you get if you order a side of something extra. I generally like extra jalapeños or sour cream and the amount you get is minuscule! I feel like double the size or drop the price because why pay extra when you’re getting only a bite or two’s worth? Overall, I’ll definitely still go to Fuzzy’s when I have a friend in town and need a chill place to kick back.

We love Fuzzy's. This was the third location we visited, and it was the least-tasty of all. We came early evening on a Sunday, and it was packed. We ordered our typical beef nachos for my husband and myself, and our kids ordered cheese nachos from the kids menu. The beef nachos were very short on meet and sauce, lacking flavor. Our kids, as always, loved their Oreo churros, but one of our kids said she didn't like her cheese nachos... that's very rare. The sweet tea that I always love from the other locations was very watered down (no, I didn't add ice - I always drink it straight). I give it four stars because, I mean, it IS Fuzzy's. I assume it must have just been a bad batch of food... and sweet tea. We probably won't return to this location but will still continue to eat at Fuzzy's!
