Gong Cha — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Employees are nice and friendly. Drinks are great except for slushes. Saw the employee add too much ice and then added extra water to compensate so the drink had no flavor at the end. What made me give them a 2 star is because I signed up for their five stars rewards program, earned 54 points, tried to redeem my $5 off, but never got my $5 off. The points were taken off of my account but no reward was given to me. I have used the same rewards program in my own cafe that I own before and if something like that ever happened, we would still honor the discount. The explanation given to me was that since the points were taken out by the five star rewards program and the reward didn’t apply, they couldn’t do anything about it. Isn’t that when a manager or supervisor is suppose to override a system? Disappointed to say the least. Nonetheless it’s a manager issue for not training employees properly. Employees here are nice even though they didn’t know how to handle...

I visited the Gong Cha boba tea shop around 5:20 PM yesterday, hoping to enjoy a refreshing drink. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the employees.

Upon entering the shop, I noticed a young lady behind the counter engrossed in her phone. I approached to place my order, but she continued to play on her phone, ignoring my presence. After a few moments, I politely asked, "Is that how you serve your customers?" To my surprise, she responded with a dismissive "yes" without even looking up.

I found her behavior incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Feeling unwelcome and frustrated, I decided to leave without making a purchase. This interaction left such a negative impression that I have no desire to return to this location.

I hope Gong Cha addresses this issue and ensures that their staff understand the importance of providing good...

This was my first time to experience Gong Cha! I’ve had bubble tea in other places but we are here visiting and got a craving!

So in my humble opinion: 10/10 for the Vibe 😍 10/10 for the friendliest and most helpful servers! Even allowing newbies to try certain items so they know Just the right toppings to pick and they will leave happy!!!

And finally 10/10 for the taste of our drinks!! I got the Strawberry Milk (always been my fave!) with the white pearl (never had a white pearl and it was amazing!) and my fiancé got the passionfruit green tea! We would be absolutely order this again, but with SO many options, we will definitely have to try something new next time!!!
