Hooters — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Went in around 945, which was obviously after a dinner rush, due to the lack of clean tables, all of which were covered with dishes and had no patrons. There were about 10-20 people in the entire building. They quickly cleaned a table for us, and a waitress promptly asked for our drink order. She came back with our drinks10 minutes later, due to a lack of sweet tea, which wasn't a HUGE deal, because she brought us water in the mean time. We ordered an appetizer as 2 other tables of people were sat. We waited another 10 minutes before our actual order was taken. Our appetizer came out 15 minutes later. Then we sat and watched as the tables around us (that arrived after we did) all got their food orders. When they were about halfway through their meals, we asked the waitress about our food. She said that the kitchen was very bacled up with to-go orders due to tue dinner rush they just had, but that they were probably working on it. We did not receive our actual meal until 11pm. It came to the table VERY hot. Which is perfect, but also told me that they had forgotten our order and made it after we asked a SECOND waitress about our food. I was very unhappy about the entire situation and I would be hard pressed to return. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is becuase the food was good. Hopefully they can make some...

Well done today! After watching the slow demise of Hooters across the country over the last several years, today was different. Hooters used to be a really great place for a good beer and some great and to have fun. This location in particular as well as several across the country have really gone downhill. From food that was getting bland and tasteless, to waitresses that were not engaging and seemed to resent working at Hooters. Today was different and I am pleased to say that it has restored my faith! The food was great including the butter-based wings which some hooters have taken away. It was hot and flavorful like the old days. My waitress in particular was reminiscent of what a Hooters girl used to be, fun, smiling, actually paid attention to my needs and checked on me! It was a little busy for her to talk to me while I ate but that’s fine. Devyn should be commended as a star of what a Hooters dining experience should be! (Gorgeous to boot) My only complaint was the bathroom was a little dirty, but that could very well have been a nasty customer right before I got there. on June 19th 2024 about 3:30 I stopped in for a late lunch. I was seated pretty quick as there was almost no one in there. There was a buy 10 wings get 10 free promo going on so I got two flavors Ghost pepper and for the other I had asked the waitress what her favorite was as I could not decide and she said Parmesan Garlic so I got that. The Ghost Pepper wings were as advertised, VERY HOT and were awesome but with the garlic ones I swear it looked like there was a LOOGY on two of them, it was revolting. The waitress was almost never around for me to ask for a refill of my drink and when I talked with her she was very short with me. I had the feeling I did something to anger her but I have no idea what that could be. After I paid there was not a thank you for coming to Hooters or anything to show appreciation for me choosing Hooters. After she gave my card back and the receipt for me to sign she said with some contempt and sore attitude in her voice, DO YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE?! I said no and she quickly turned and left.
