SO RUDE! I came in around 3:30 & ordered the chicken salad sandwich which had more lettuce & double the tomatoes than actual chicken salad! It was burnt and Iām not sure why it was even delivered this way to begin with. Also I just went to the one on NW Expressway where I asked for a larger fruit as my side there was a small upgrade charge but it was an option available. When I asked the waiter/I assume cook which now I know was the manager Deanne who brought my food out if I could pay for a larger fruit bowl she said with much attitude that wasnāt an option. SO RUDE WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!
UPDATE: Deanne the manager (which Iām not sure if that was her name I know she was a Caucasian pregnant female and VERY RUDE!!!) then approached me AFTER I explained to the cashier what my concern was. And advised her I didnāt want another sandwich made but that Iād given them a 1 star. She insisted which I appreciated. After she went to the back explaining the situation ( I could hear the conversation) Deanne IMMEDIATELY came over to my table and omg She was the most rudest of them all! She was very defensive and began to tell me the customer where I was wrong vs a resolution and apology for their error. I felt attacked and treated very poorly by Deanne. She offered to give me her GM contact information and walked away! HOW VERY RUDE!! I then proceeded to leave the restaurant afterwards without a resolution. I did not accept the 2nd plate because after I told the cashier the problem she IMMEDIATELY offered a solution to rectify the situation vs Deanne who immediately came over & attacked me in a very defensive manner as if it was my fault on top of being SO RUDE!! She was very snarky and gave me MUCH attitude!! Like it was my fault!! I said this before I will NEVER come to this location again and may not ever eat at Mccalisters again after such a poor experience & I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this HORRIBLE...

It's a Sunday and in the middle of lunch rush so I will probably try again before writing this location off for future pickup potential, but today's experience wasn't great. I had to change the single star I WANTED to give to a 2 star review based on the whole experience, but the things that were bad were really annoying and not areas I am willing to suffer through more than once...
Location Performance:š šEven though it was busy, the order was ready in time What we got in the bag was great. šUnfortunately, little things like "No Dip" for a French Dip sandwich make for big disappointment when you get home. If you're going to speed things up by prepacking pick-up orders, more attention to what you put in the bag is needed!
Ordering Process:š š I ordered on mobile website and didn't like the user interface. You have to order each item separately, there's no way to change quantity. The app might be better, but I found it tedious to go back to "Sweet Tea" 3 separate times to order a single drink. šToppings/customizing was strange. You choose things you want taken OFF sandwiches, not put on. I had to check my receipt to make sure my missing Au Ju wasn't the result of operator error on my part (it wasn't selected as an item to remove on the receipt attached) š Registration and order processing was quick and had easy to read...

I already reached out to your store, and no interest was shown in what I had to say. Instead, I was talked down to in a sarcastic tone. My name on the review and in your system/on the order, are the same. You have everything you need to reach out to me if that is really your desire, but this seems disingenuous. END EDIT) Absolutely will not order online from here again. I showed up at the time instructed after placing my order. It was on the counter where i couldn't get to it when i arrived. There was nobody to help me forever and I watched a whole line of people come in and place their orders as i waited. Finally i was able to flag an employee down to get my food. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Got home and i didn't get my whole order. Called and the assistant manager was very disrespectful. I learned that it was all my fault for ordering from them during rush hour and then expecting to get what they billed me for. So, they still have my money and the rest of my food and offered me nothing but an education on how to lower my expectations and be a good little customer next...
