Pros: Front desk staff friendly and professional Great location near highway and restaurants Comfortable bed with clean sheets No odors in room (until I showered) Easy and free parking Cons: Card key didn't work half the time and required going back to front desk for new one (no exaggeration, and card kept in pocket without other objects, not de-magnetized) Room was dark. The computer desk lamp was dim, the vanity mirror light appeared to be half out, very hard to see self in mirror. Floor was dirty, not just in room but hallways and common areas. It's like they didn't have a working vacuum. Food chunks were on my floor and in the corners/along walls, there were piles of dead bugs (at least they were dead). Carpet was old and frayed. Sofa looked used and abused. TV worked but remote only allows channel up and down, and had delay when doing so. Annoying can't use guide and select a channel. Shower was clean-ish... Had mildew/soap scrum around edges/grout, had crack in base, the shampoo/soap dispensers had fallen off wall (adhesive back), wall paper and ceiling looked rough. Drains didn't work well. I ate chicken wings one night and tried to wash hands in vanity sink. The water wouldn't drain well and caused a gross orange coating from the wings. When I took shower on last day, the water in shower drain was slow too and I noticed a sewage smell (not there prior to shower). Shower water took long time to get warm and not good pressure. Phone outlet under desk coming out of wall. No Kleenex On morning after I checked in, another guest put their dirty towels on the floor in hallway next to my door (not sure why). Those same towels remained there until I checked out 2 mornings later. Not the worst coffee I've had but towards the bottom of list. I normally don't complain about coffee but it was noticeably bad (dispensered from food Commons area).

SpringHill Suites – Oklahoma: A Comfortable, Functional Stay with a Few Minor Mysteries The SpringHill Suites in Oklahoma stood before me, a modern temple of functionality, its glowing blue logo a beacon for weary travelers. As I stepped inside, I was met with a sense of familiarity—the SpringHill template, executed with precision. A spacious sitting area, an inviting king-sized bed, and a couch that seemed to whisper, “Stay awhile.” The room was pristine, impeccably clean, as if designed for a man on the run—a place where you could disappear for a night and leave no trace. The shower had excellent water pressure, a sudden and welcome force that erased the road dust with surgical precision. Beyond the window, gas stations and restaurants formed a grid of convenience, their neon signs blinking in unspoken coordination with the highway traffic. The parking lot stretched wide and generous, an expanse of asphalt waiting for its next set of weary wheels. Yet, anomalies surfaced. The TV worked, but the channel listings were blank—a puzzle with no solution. Was it a system malfunction? A test of patience? A minor inconvenience, but an unexpected one. Then there was the elevator. It functioned, yet it spoke in cryptic tones—mechanical groans and whirs that suggested ancient secrets within its steel frame. It never failed, never faltered, but its whispered warnings made the ascent feel like a journey into the unknown. Still, I never felt unsafe. SpringHill Suites Oklahoma is precisely what it promises to be—a well-located, comfortable place to rest, functional in every way that matters. It may not hold the secrets of the Vatican or the lost symbols of a forgotten order, but for a night on the road, it delivers what is most needed: a clean room, a solid bed, and a place to disappear—if only until morning.

After an exhausting drive to get here, I finally arrived at the hotel. At check-in, I requested sheets for the pull-out bed and some extra towels, then left to grab some food. When I returned, I was hoping to crash after being at work since 7 this morning and driv8ng for hours, but to my dismay, the items hadn't been delivered yet. Hmmm. That's unusual. I tried calling the front desk twice, but no one answered—it just rang and rang. Now, I was really getting perturbed. Since I was conditioning my hair, I sent my 17-year-old grandson down with a note asking for towels, sheets, a pillow, and a "Do Not Disturb" sign. He came back empty-handed, embarrassed because the staff had laughed and talked while reading the note. When I asked him if they were going to bring the items, he said they didn’t say. I sent him back down, and this tine he only returned with towels. Seriously, how can I sleep without sheets on a HOTEL bed? I sent him back again for the rest. This time, they claimed they were out of pillows and didn’t have any "Do Not Disturb" signs. A hotel with no pillows and no signs? Right. This has never happened to me before. I could have gone to a Red Roof Inn for this kind of service. To be fair, it’s a good-looking hotel, the room is nice, and it’s in a great location. But I’m going to bed completely aggravated! Service is sub-par at best. This is day one. 2 more to go...

We have stayed at many Marriotts for both pleasure and business at least once a month for about 10 years now. This was one of our worst stays. The hotel had trash on the grounds outside, inside. They had several large and loud groups staying at the time. However, I expected their maintenance staff to clean up after them quickly and often. The breakfast staff were rude and un-accommodating. At 1 minute after close breakfast one morning, while there were still other guests coming down to eat, the juice machine was turned off and I was told promptly by the attendant that she was closed. I have never been treated so rudely by a Marriott breakfast attendant. As a matter of fact, usually at other properties they are especially attentive and will go out of their way to get something even if they are getting ready to close. The nighttime front desk staff seemed irritated that we were asking how much candy bars and popcorn were in The Market since it was not marked. I'm guessing it was not marked because it was way over priced. They are only a couple miles from Target, so that's a mistake on their part. The housekeeping staff did a mediocre job during our entire week and a half stay. Their 'execitive suite' is not much bigger, maybe 2ft floor space, than a regular room. Same small half wall separating the living area from beds, so the fact that there are 2 TVs in the executive suite as opposed to 1 TV really doesn't do any good since you can't play both TVs at the same time. The bathroom vanity isn't any bigger and neither is the closet. The beds are still doubles and hardly big enough to fit 2 average size adults. It does have a bathtub. But, I would not spend the money on a 'suite' it really isn't worth it. During our stay we changed rooms because we are Platinum members and asked for the upgrade. It wasn't available the first couple days, so we had to switch rooms during our stay. I left behind a small hand mirror in the first room. I asked the front desk about it and she said a manager would call me, she took my info and cell #. During the next week and after we checked out I never heard about what happened to my mirror. However, this is nothing new with Marriott. We have left behind a few things, small sweater, charge cord, hairspray, etc., never to be seen again and never to get a call. So I guess it is Marriott housekeeping that just decides they'll keep things guests left behind. Also, pool was not working, hadn't been for months, no mention of...

I stayed 2 days following a surgery I had and ran into problems with housekeeping 4 times.

First time they attempted to open our door mid morning without knocking and our latch was on. We told them we didn’t need any service that day.

Later that afternoon around 3, housekeeping walked right in the room as I have half dressed doing a wound care dressing change, again without knocking.

The next day I asked for a late check out and was sleeping around 11 when my door was opened again by a male housekeeper. My latch was on so the door got caught and he walked off and left it cracked open. I had to get up and go close my door but his response was simply “oh sorry I opened the wrong door.”

Around 2 minutes later I hear a knock and housekeeping attempting to open my door so bi open the door again and explain I keep getting interrupted and I’m a late checkout. She gave an empty apology and kooks me up and down as if she has an attitude about me saying anything.

I go checkout and the front desk has no idea I already received my statement via email. My charges were around $184. As I approach the desk the manager said she would check me out because I had many issues and she was “very sorry” about it. She explained she would take off $20.00 plus taxes to make up for it all.

The housekeeping and more staff gathered around the desk to watch and listen. The two from today beat it down there as if they were ready to defend themselves. The manager never told them to go away and when I said they all need to knock the one girl with the attitude pipes up “I did.” The manager never handled her attitude and again slowed them to all stand around the desk and watch/listen. It’s almost like middle school bullies ready to pounce.

Manager gets my statement done and I immediately notice I’m paying $20.00 more. I just played dumb and told her thank you and submitted both my first and second statement to cooperate because I had already spoke to them an hour before. Thankfully corporate took care of me but I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional minus one young gentlemen and one lady who works in...

I hardly ever left negative comments, but this experience really motivated to leave one here.||The hotel is old, quite dirty and smell on each floor and in the rooms themselves is absolutely awful.|We have booked rooms for almost 70 (!) people. Today is day 6 when nobody comes to clean the rooms. Every day some of our team members ask to clean their rooms, reception always promises, that it would be done, but it simply doesn't happen. Few on "the lucky ones" had room cleaned, but on return to the room found their shoes standing on the table and bag full of rubbish on the desk... |Most of us ran out of towels, toilet paper and each room had to go to reception every 2 days to get new supply. Terrible!!!! Every day we are coming back to the rooms just to find out that they haven't been clean again and again.||Some of the team members are friendly and kind, some are rude, yelling and just don't care.||This hotel provides breakfast only and it is extremely limited. Having experience to stay in the hotels even in 3d world countries, even there they have better breakfasts selection. There is clearly no communication between reception and the kitchen as Every morning without exception they ran out of food on display. And it doesn't matter if you go there at 7am, 8am or 9am. I tried all 3 time slots and its always the same. Guests need to go to the kitchen and ask to refill food as it isn't checked often enough. Guests keep chasing the food and once it comes, it comes in little quantity, so Guests would rush to get some of it and the rest still have to wait as it runs out again almost immediately. Shocking!! |Clearly kitchen should know how many guests are staying and cook accordingly to that amount of people. And every day the story repeats itself without any improvement.||Even with some complains to the manager there is no improvement at all, which leafs me to the conclusion that manager doesn't care about the quality of service or the quality in general. Obviously, it's manager who sets the standards, but in this hotel there are no standards. ||Extremely disappointing...
