Absolutely horrible experience! I had been ordering food from this location for about four months and each time has been worse! First experience in four months was the wrong pizza, second experience in four months, the pizza sat after it was cooked so long by the time they delivered it to me it was bone cold. This third time is the last straw! I ordered a gluten free pizza thinking this was a great option but when I went to pick it up, I arrived to a messy store with dirt and flour all over the floors. I had to make my presence known because the lady behind the counter would not acknowledge my presence and come to find out the pizza was burnt. Unfortunately I didnāt discover this until I had gotten home and they asked me to bring it back when all other times they had resolved my issue over the phone. I told the manager that I was going to be late for work but she insisted that if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the pizza back to the store. When I arrived I met the manager at the counter where she proceeds to argue with me and tell me all the gluten free pizzas are burnt. I have never had a MANAGER argue with me as a customer and as someone who has worked for their competitors I would NEVER argue with a customer as a rep let alone being a Manager. Sending my complaint to corporate made no difference as they said since the pizza was refunded there was no reason to have a member of upper management call me and discuss this awful experience. NO THANKS PAPA! Iāll get my pizza from local stores...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered delivery on the app. Was called by the store manager saying they dropped some of my food and they were remaking it and it would be delivered shortly. I waited an hour to call them when I didn't get my order. Was told they were in the middle of a shift change and they thought my order was out for delivery since they didn't see it at the store. Got a notification on my app saying it had been delivered when it wasn't so I called the store back to get in touch with their driver. They had me on hold for 10 minutes for me to hang up and call back so they could tell me they didn't have the number to the driver. So I told them I wanted a refund at least for the delivery fee and tip and for them to remake my order and I would just come get it. They said they would do that once the driver returned. I called back again 20 minutes later and they delivered my food to the wrong house and then said they weren't going to remake my food and they could only refund it because they were having a rush. I ordered my food at 640 and they told me this at 830. Definitely not going to be ordering from this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in to get a large pep pizza xra pep. What we got was a burned hard As a rock thin crust pizza that even my dog refused to eat. When I called the store to see if maybe they accidentally made a thin crust I was met with hostility. The "manager" only wanted to argue that she made the pizza, she knows it was perfect. She finally agreed to remake the pizza towards the end of the call. But, advised me it would still taste the same. When I asked for cooperates number, she advised as they are a franchise location, I can not call cooperate. So I hung up and immediately called cooperate. They informed me that was a lie. And apologized about the experience. And said a manager will be calling me back within 24 hours.
It is also worth noting that b4 this experience.. I always had a pleasant experience at this location. This "manager" is just not a good chef. And apparently not good with customers.
