Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I frequent this location VERY often. 98% of the time it's drive-thru. When dine-in 100% satisfaction. Clean. Fast and friendly service. When going through Drive-Thru still fast and friendly service. 4 star only due to a few times of being shorted an item on my order, or they are unable to take orders at that time due to computers. I understand the computer thing as well as orders get screwed up from time to time. 5 stars = perfection. 4 stars is still acceptable. Many reviewers with my experience would have led with 1 star. Was I upset with my detractors? Yes. Perfection is difficult to achieve. However, this location is always seeking it. This location is amazing and I will still frequent it. There are menu items I wish they still carried; 7 layer burrito, double decker taco etc. Since covid19, many businesses that offer food have had to redo menus based on supply compounded with company sales. My favorites may have been cut but there are still a lot of favorable options that are quite delicious. AND they are quite covid19 conscious. My apologies to this location for the 4 instead of a 5. I've always just like Taco Bell and I want to thank all the employees they have risked everything so we can enjoy our favorite fast food. However I'm not sure what is going on we live in a smaller town maybe thirty-five thousand people and just waited in line to order for 45 minutes. And it's not like it was at noon time or 6 in the evening it was 7:25 p.m. when we pulled into the drive thru and we didn't get our our food until 8:11 p.m. this is the second time in two weeks the first time was at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Some may say that is covid-19 but they just open up part of the lobby for dine in and if you I want to stand outside in a hundred degree Heat you might get serviced a little quicker but if you get out of your line or sitting in your car you lose your place in line outside. Needless to say use the Taco Bell app Order ahead and have them bring it out to your car if you don't want it to take an hour. completely gave me the wrong order in the drive through. was missing a quesadilla, 2 tacos(which i only asked for 1), and one burrito. so had to then wait in line again cause they messed up. once we got to the window we was told “sorry bro”. and watched 3 workers from the window just standing there laughing, chuckin up. having a grand ole time for about 7 minutes. proceed to arrive home which is only 5 minutes away btw. my tacos are soggy and falling apart. my tacos also had smashed beans on the outside of the shell lol i couldn’t go back and get a refund if i wanted to cause the little BOY at the window didn’t give me my receipt back. I called the store to complain and the only thing he says on the other line is “woah”. like yes sir. i said the F word cus you had not only one chance to make my food right. But TWO CHANCES. this is after i had already gone to this same store the week before and placed an online order and had to wait 15 minutes for them to make my drink while my food got cold sitting in the online pickup area. i refuse to give you people any more of my time or money. would NEVER...
