I began the trip by booking via phone. that was my first mistake. The employees were disorganized and unhelpful. Reluctantly, I stayed here. For $89 a night I expected more for my money than a pleasing room aesthetic. I wish the aesthetic had at least been well put together, but the housekeeper had left dirty towels in our bathroom... visibly dirty towels. Next, the shower water was freezing, to be expected I guess bc there are a lot of folks showering, but what got me was the automatic timer for the shower. If I'm paying almost $100 to take a shower, I'm gonna be in there for more than 5 minutes. Thanks.
Next, there is no mini fridge so our food spoiled. What kind of hotel room is this? Even the Motel 6 has better amenities.
The bed was rock hard, I didn't sleep a wink and the blankets are like sleeping underneath a tarp.
Nonetheless, I woke up happy and ready to check out. I packed up my things and headed downstairs, I asked what time breakfast started. The clerk said "oh it began, shall I charge it to your room?" And I said oh? It's not complementary? The fella when we booked said it was free breakfast.
He said, unfortunately no, not for plebians. (That means poor people/peasants FYI). Now I get it, I am young, but I'm staying at the hotel you're working at ... no reason to tell me I look too poor to be there. I was told I needed to be a premier member to enjoy breakfast at the hotel and free internet. No thanks.
My husband forgot his phone upstairs so went in to get it, and the clerk confronted him asking if he was military. My husband responded promptly, the man then began over sharing his personal military experience and engaging my husband and asked, "are you married? is your wife waiting on you? We can make her jealous."
My husband came out of the hotel looking beyond uncomfortable and shared his experience with me. I am mortified for any guest who fatefully decides to stay at this joke of a hotel.
The highlight of my stay was...
Read moreI am sorry to have to write this hotel review because I rarely take an issue to the internet. |My complaint - everything else about the hotel and room were just fine (but consider that I did not eat breakfast). My bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on! It was just plain broken. The springs completely collapsed with any roll to the other side and getting out of bed or trying to sit on the side of the bed was impossible - I just sunk clear to the bottom of the mattress. I’m not making this up! Worst bed in any hotel, ever.|I had to get back to the airport in the morning so I decided to just live with it until morning when I planned to talk to the front desk.|As I was checking out (the beautiful young lady never looked at me once), I told her about the bed and asked to speak with the manager on duty. She was absolutely indifferent to me and was obviously not impressed with my story of the bed in #206. ||I wanted to inform the manager and seriously suggest that the mattress be replaced before booking another guest in that room. But this is what is really ticking me off - I called the hotel 4 days in a row, asking to speak with the GM, Rahul Chawda -from the business card I collected. Each time I was told he was in a meeting. The person answering the phone each time tried to get me to give a report of why I was calling. I would only say that I was a recent customer and I had an issue. I also informed those persons that I reported the issue to the check out clerk who was totally uninterested in my complaint, so I expected the same response from every clerk who has no power to change anything. ||I left my name and number each day. I never received that call from Mr. Chawda.| I simply wanted to inform the only person who could make a financial decision like burning that mattress and buying a new one. I never got that opportunity. ||No other paying customer deserves to spend a night on that broken mattress in...
Read moreI had a stay here with my family from 5/28/2025 – 6/2/2025. Throughout the stay, I kept noticing and experiencing events that made the stay unpleasant. Here is a list of things I kept note of during the stay: Party happening with adults downstairs throughout the night, Kids running around throughout the night, door wouldn’t close right, room smelled funky, marijuana smell in the hotel and lobby areas, bed corners kept injuring family, shower glass doors would not close right or stay closed, no body wash, no ventilation in the restroom, stains on restroom walls, baseboards coming off, beds made sloppy, broken lamp in room, no towels (had to go down 3 separate times to get more), leftover food/drinks in fridge, remote didn’t work, unpleasant exchange with Vijay about policies he could not explain, unpleasant exchange with Vijay about the towels, people in pool after hours into the late night, only 1 elevator worked, hallways and common areas were dirty, common area restroom was always dirty. As a Sheraton hotel, I expected a more clean and respectful stay but this was not the case for this exact hotel. After experiencing what I've experienced on this stay, it seems as if it revolves around Vijay and his professional demeanor and I would not recommend this hotel to stay at. The pictures on the website are wonderful and makes the place look great but upon arrival, it is all smoke and mirrors. Please reconsider your stay here, as you may experience the issues myself and plenty of others have experienced per reviews. The only reason I did not get a new room is that most of the hotels were sold out throughout the OKC area for this particular week and weekend and had to tough it out for 5 nights at this hotel with all of the issues...
