Wendy's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Went through the drive through around 8:30 this morning. Greeting was welcome to Wendy's.... then silence. I spoke politely and ordered 4 honey butter chicken biscuits and 1 honey butter chicken biscuit meal and was told they would have my total at the window. Fine, no problem. Upon paying for my order I was asked to pull up again, no problem. That was a fairly large breakfast order and them making them fresh is no problem. I get my order get home to drop 4 of the biscuits off and take mine to work with me. I get a call from home that 2 of the 4 that were left at home at half cooked raw chicken on them. At work I started to eat mine and notice its super gummy and chewy, I get a knife and cut it in half and surprise surprise mine is raw and half cooked as well. I called them to inform them to mgr was rude over the phone and never apologized just simple do you want a refund or want it replaced. I was okay with replacing it for breakfast tomorrow as a second chance for them to redeem themselves and she told me I had to bring them raw food back which I know is only going in the trash and you had already inconvenienced me as it is. A picture could have been taken and her attitude was all too much so then I called back and stated I wanted a refund. I had to have my bestfriend come to my job and get my raw breakfast sandwich and the 3rd one was already on the trash because my 4 year old was eating it and when my bestfriend went to the restaurant their doors were locked and the mgr stated she could only refund 8 dollars and some change out of the 24 dollars and some change I spent since the 3rd one was thrown in the trash. I feel like if you don't want to work with people don't work in customer service. Raw chicken can make me sick and her attitude was completely unacceptable when they uncooked the chicken. Do better with hiring and training Wendy's. Ppl eat at this location at...

Will not return. Earlier this week I went there after work(approximately 1130) and I ordered my food. But it took about 20 minutes to get through the line and another 10 minutes to get my food the lady at the window apologized and said there were only 2 people working and the other person was still in training.....fast forward to tonight. I got off and decided to give them another chance. Went there at approximately 1050 ordered my meal they informed me it would be a 6 minute wait time for the spicy nuggets..i thought ok. Thats understandable we confirmed it and it was placed. Made it through the line pretty fast they took my payment and then asked me to pull forward due to the cook time on the nuggets I said of course and pulled forward 45 minutes go by and the lady comes out and apologized and asked me what my order was. 15 minutes later they brought my food. I waited an hour for fast food (couldn't go anywhere because I already paid) then I go to leave checked the bag. Guess what. No nuggets I had to go get back in line to get my nuggets...they apologized...but no offer of discount nor coupons for future visits or anything VERY POOR...

Don't ever bother going to this place nobody will help you nobody will care about what you want of what you think I was recentlyesterday I stood in the lawn when nobody was in the lobby I stood there for 5 minutes people kept looking at me nobody asked me if I wanted some help or if I wanted to make an order So I left and I find the manager does this Woman and a red shirt She says she's the manager and She says well we have oil leaking out the back and I was like what's the Problem what's that to do With Me getting Some Of It and she's like I have to stand Here because if you Drive Uber this and you Go out on the street and you're getting an accident And then a little child I literally made a little four-year-old child walked out the back of the door they have a child because she says she's the manager and she's having a manager's meeting with 3 other managers and they have a child walk out the back but the little bit agrees she's freaked out about because she says it's going to cause a major accident but she lets a little child A 4-year-old child walk through that stuff and she...
