The store is filthy. The vent on the wall after coming in the front door is covered in black gross dust, the ceiling vents have the same gross moldy looking black dust on them and on top of the vent tubes. The table was sticky along with the menu. When I asked why everything was sticky the "server" shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know.... Didn't offer to exchange the menu or wipe down the table, just said she didn't know and asked what we wanted to drink. Seriously?? We ordered our beverages and she toddled off. We decided on fried pickles for an appetizer when she came back and were told they were out. Fine. We then decided on some mozzarella roll things, I don't exactly know what they were but the wife picked it out. I told her to definitely make sure she got our appetizer to us well before our meal, she assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and left. We were talking and looking around while we were waiting and I noticed that the lamp above us was coated in gross white dried up goo. Ew. The window sill had a bunch of dried up food bits and dirt along with a dried up faded looking cherry stem. Really gross 🤢. We went ahead and ordered food when she stopped by to check on us. My wife ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and I ordered the calzone. The order came a bit later.... But no mozzarella roll things ever came. I asked the man that brought our order about them and he said he didn't know anything about it. He said he'd put an order in for them and I told him to forget it. It was too late. He shrugged his shoulders, mumbled some form of apology and left. The wife tried to tear into her crispy chicken and could barely tear it apart it was so hard and stale feeling. Crispy wasn't the case, rock hard was. My calzone had a weird chemical taste to it, and the dough was difficult to tear or even cut. The waitress came over to check on us again and I told her we were having difficulty eating this stuff. She went and got her manager. He was very respectful as I told him about all the gross stuff around the restaurant and the missed appetizer and the overcooked chicken and the chemical tasting calzone. He offered to take care of the meal and we left. I haven't been in a restaurant that dirty and had food that gross in years. It's...
Read moreThis used to be the spot where our couple friends would meet so the husbands could work on their beer tour. That was until last Saturday night. The six of us were celebrating our Christmas together when sometime during our meal we pissed our bipolar waitress off. It might've been when she brought us out a long ticket asking us to put symbols beside what we ordered so she could figure out how to divide the tab. First of all, she never asked us how we wanted it divided or if it was all on one ticket. Also, we weren't ready to leave.we had just had two drinks and I still had food on my plate. Long story short, I guess we were her last table and she wanted to go home so she told the manager we were being drunk and rude. The Marnager came out at 9:30 pm without questioning and told us It was a wrap and he wanted to make sure we got home ok. Remind you our ticket plainly shows that we only had two drinks.. As he was talking to us she was standing behind him yelling at our husbands for God only knows why. The manager had to tell her to go in the back. He then felt bad that he might've jumped to conclusions and said we could sit in the bar area. Really??? I have NEVER been so insulted by a restaurant manager in all my life. I am a customer paying YOUR bills. Not the other way around. Bruce Harris the general manager was apologetic while being just as dismissive ...like he didn't have time to listen to another customer complaint. He did offer 3 free sweatshirts. But, they can shove them far far up their anal cavity. I won't be back. P.S. It took 30 minutes to get our appetizer, too. If we treated our customers like this we would not be...
Read moreCame in on Sunday the 25th there was not a lot of people in and my husband myself order our food, when the food came out my food was not hot at all just warm my husband had a small pizza. I told our waitress that my food was not hot at all, she took it back and I thought she was going to warm it but she came back she had my plate and said that she told them to make me another she place my plate on the table and walked away. While I was waiting my husband had ate his food all gone. She came out with the a new plate of food. I asked if she was going to take this off our bill, because it was cold and my husband was done with it food, she told me yes, she then asked me if there was anything else she could do I told her to bring a box because I didn't want to eat it. She brought a box and gave use our ticket, the first plate was taken off but she recharged me for the new that I didn't eat. I told her that I shouldn't be charged for this because the first was cold and then I had to wait for the next one and my husband was done with his meal, she said she would have to get the manager. So we waited again when he did come over I told him what had happened and he said he would take it all of but He keep the food, I told him that is not how you treat your customers that it was there fault that it was cold to begin with. He just told me that he would take it off but he keeps the food. So if you want to have bad customers service and food that is cold keep going to this place. As for me I will never be back and the manager need some training on customer service. If I could have given them no stars...
