McDonald's — Restaurant in Old Saybrook

So I decided to use the app and order a head and pay for it. Of course, at the same time, and at this particular McDonald's, it said to wait in the drive through place to place to read your code. This was the first time I did this, so I do that. And the woman, on the other end, has no clue about my order at all .Finally, they hang up. And I am still waiting there. Because I can't move forward because there's a line and they come back on again like they've already answered my question and I said I'm still here. And can you please tell me if you have my order? And they tell me to drive to the first Window. Finally and the woman's punched in a bunch of buttons and stuff, and she finally must find my order. And she tells me to drive to Window 2 to Pick Up my food. So I get to the second window. And of course, they don't have my food ready. So they tell me to pull forward to the yellow line and wait there. so I'm waiting and waiting and the man brings me out my food asked me if I ordered what I ordered and I said. Yes, but you don't have my drinks. So he looks confused and he goes Maybe this isn't your order. And I said no. That's my food, but I don't have the drinks. So he does hand me the bag and goes back inside and gets my drinks and brings them out right away. Which is nice, not his fault and I finally drive away . This is not the first time I've had problems at this McDonald's.And there is another one nearby that there is also a problem with all the time .it's a real shame it never used to...

OK, I will be honest. On occasion, I really enjoy a Mickey D's Egg / Sausage / Cheese on a toasted bagel. Amazing that this is a breakfast sandwich that is actually prepared after one orders the item. FRESH, imagine that! The McDonald's on Post Road in Old Saybrook CT, recently was totally remodeled. Nice. However, one drawback are the order kiosks that are inside within 10 feet of the main service counter. This feature does not expedite the order, rather, slows it down, particularly with novices who holler out to the behind the counter staff for instructions. And then the counter staff nearly completely changed. The young man who took my order was a little disagreeable... when he told me the total amount due and I said "you have charged me too much". He looked at the resister and told me that this is the price for 2 bagel sandwiches. I said that I only ordered one, then the verbal disagreement ensued. I will stop there. I rate this McDonald's branch with 4 STARS - the food was really tasty!!! BUT,need to loose, or at least reduce, the attitude of the assosciates at...

Yeah it's in a safe location..however this is by far, the slowest mcdonalds in CT. I literally only order a coffee and even if there is no line in the drive thru...it takes 10 minutes. If there is a line, expect to be there way longer. No joke. Do not come here if u are in a rush or want something quickly. Worst part is, they even get my order for coffee wrong numerous times. It's literally one order of coffee. And somehow even just the way they brew the coffee is off. Extremely watered down...so basically if u get cream, it just tastes like hot water and cream. I will say, there is one girl who works here at night and she is amazing. She will always get my order right and she brews the coffee correctly. I'd give this place 5 stars if I only had experiences with her. Everyone else is annoyed to be there and slow. Super slow. I even tried going inside to see if that would speed things along, however, that surprisingly takes longer. There is no one at the counter. People in the back see you but they ignore you. I've stood there for 15 minutes once..completely ignored....
