Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Oldsmar

Unbelievable horrible experience- Ordered by phone, when I arrived a man was waiting on his 3 pizzas and managed to tell me she was alone . Ok I get it hard to find employees. He received his and a lady walks in saying she believes the ones on the rack were hers. She leaves - a driver comes in and says they have a problem someone in Eastlake got 2 subs but no pizza . I am standing waiting until finally I said do you have my pizzas? She was in a daze looked , walked around the back nothing. I said to the female driver what does this mean ? I am thinking a boss walked in so after a few minutes I asked him . I looked no pizzas in the oven . The girl looks at me and says it’ll be 7 more minutes. I said are they made ?? Well no they aren’t. The guy made them and amazingly the mushroom was made differently than the pepperoni which was disgusting and not eaten . On a serious issue I never saw him wash his hands and I looked to see if a sink was close by . So he came in from the outside, touched a ton of stuff and made my pizzas. I live in Hernando and order all the time , wondering if I get credit as I had to ask him if they were still giving points . He looked and said I was in the system . That was it no mention if I had any promos . I will tell you I was at this location the week they opened and numerous times since ( family in the area ) but it’s changed . Our daughter is a big fan of Marcos and was very excited about an opening very close to us. I was out one day and decided to check them out.

I pulled into strip mall and entered Marcos. After looking around a bit and being welcomed, I advised them that I was a new, first time customer, here because of my daughter’s recommendation. Then I asked if there was a coupon or discount for new customer. They gave me a $5 discount off large pepperoni and extra coupons to use later.

I feel this company uses people to get their stores ready and do all the grunt work and then let you go and gives you a dumb reason to do so! I got this store ready for opening I logged the man hours put in more than 50 hours a week to help get this store ready to open spent almost everyday from 9am till 8 or 10 pm everyday away from my children to put in the work for this store and then they let me go saying it was my attitude but all the employees liked me the store I trained at wanted to keep me!
