Bojangles — Restaurant in Olive Branch

It’s rare to go somewhere and have excellent service these days. But it happened today. I visited Bojangles in Olive Branch for the first time. The kids wanted chicken and I can’t do our Popeyes or KFC and Jesus chicken is closed on Sunday. We tried to order online but encountered an issue which led to me calling the store to ask a question. Usually when I do this, I quickly decide I no longer want to eat at the restaurant due to the lack of customer service. But I called, and got the most cheery and helpful employees. Decided to go on in to the store and order. I am so glad I did. Greeted when we walked in the door, kindness from every employee, attentiveness- I was floored. Ok the food won’t be good I thought. This was my very first Bojangles experience. Y’all, everything was good. Food was hot, packed with care, and my order correct. First of all less than a week already customer service is sliding. Went second day with friend to grab breakfast. At both windows very nice and thank us. However, this morning went to grab breakfast for parents. First window, no good morning or hello, just looked with blank look, then ask for name of order. No thank you. Next window is your name?? Almost didn't get drink no thank you. Last the bigger issue why no bone in chicken and only tenders? Who did pre research for this store? Esp since right across the street from a Popeyes. When the Horn Lake store, the only one with bone in chicken, opened the lines were out on the street with people waiting for long periods to order. However on opening day no lines when past by during lunch. Had coworkers who went for lunch and left because told the direction is tenders. People in this area...

I had a fantastic experience here. Infact, it was one of the best fast food experiences I have had in a while. We asked for several different items and they were more than accommodating. My wife who is pretty picky with chicken places was actually really impressed as well. She loved the chicken fingers and thought the breathing was great. The restaurant was clean, which you don't find normally unless at Chick -fila . Super super impressed. The ranch is great too. Not the cheap stuff. The food was a good portion for the price and the biscuits were so amazing, soft and fluffy. The manager Felicia and worker Brianna took great care of us. So I give Bojangles a huge thumbs up.
