Charlie's Donuts & Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Olive Branch

One of the most friendly donut and coffee shops in Mississippi. The owner is a sweet lady from Cambodia. Now the service is great and she has an awesome personality.

To the baked goods. 😋 well, I messed up and got there almost 10. The best goods are already gone. But I managed to get 2 apple fritters and a great conversation with the owner and one of her customers. This is the spot where they gather to have coffee. Love the vibe here. Just get here early. BTW, the apple fritters are very light and not heavy from the grease. You actually get the apple inside the fritters. Then, the ultimate check on the bottom. They weren't burnt and covered with icing. Home run in this mom...

We have gone here for ages and ages. Always have been pleased. We do donut holes, croissants, chocolate donuts with sprinkles, and vanilla cake donuts.

We typically hit it the same time weekend after weekend. The past two, they are out of the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and the cake donuts. Not sure if there is a supply shortage but that’s two weeks in a row at the same time as we normally go. If they are getting busier then that’s good for growth. They sell out of a lot by about 8:30 on Sunday so go before then.

Stopped in while on a road trip and grabbed a jalapeño kolaches (out of pure curiosity), a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito and two donuts. It was a perfect amount of food and absolutely scratched the itch. The kolaches was delicious and the croissant perfectly soft. Immediately after I ate it, I wished I’d gotten two. The burrito was small but the tortilla was soft, tender, warm and the cheese was gooey and delicious. Lastly, the donuts were great! Light but rich. Absolutely...
