Order 4 seperate "meals". 4 waffles, 3 servings eggs (seperately), and 4 servings of bacon (seperately). It took about an hour for the food to be prepared. Once I arrived, the customer service was horrible. The packaging of the food was terrible. They bunched all the eggs and bacon together and when I asked for containers to seperate the food for the individuals, she said the containers they gave will be the only containers they'll give... very nasty attitude. I will not visit this establishment again. If I could rate it at "0", I would do so. Treat people right and they'll support your small business. But, if you have a nasty attitude and poor service, people will find somewhere else to spend their money.
Response to the owner: when I placed my order at 9:08am, I called at approximately 9:35am to check if the order was ready. I was told that it should be ready in about 15 to 20 more minutes. I arrived at your establishment at around 10am. This is clearly over 25 minutes, ma'am. However, the wait time was not the problem, it was your NASTY attitude when I asked for more containers for food that should have been seperate in the first place. The DISGUSTING vibe you give off when working under pressure is the problem. And you clearly have a problem with owning your errors and short comings as a business owner and would rather point your fingers at the customers. Shame on you. I was wrong the staff(owner) is not polite they make rude comments about what you are ordering, especially if they think it's difficult. I had already ordered food and something to drink but after hearing how disrespectful they are not only to me but to the staff I just walked out. Edit to Owner : Obviously you are used to people not calling you out on your attitude because of how you are responding to this which is sad. You had an attitude with me and all I did was politely explain (while you rolled your eyes) how I wanted my drink. Do you think I'd walk away from my food that I'd already paid for, for no good reason? Read moreVery cute shop. The girl taking our order at the register seemed to be new, as she needed some extra time and assistance (no problem with that), but she was friendly and doing her best. We ordered for four people and were missing a side item when our food came out. No biggie, I just let the staff know. Rather than correct a simple mistake, the owner came to our table to argue with me not once, but twice, saying we never ordered it. However, it was a cold, rainy day and I can assure you that I did not break my dad out of the assisted living to treat him to the cup of cold cereal that we received instead. I know what I ordered and I was taken aback by the attitude and extent to which this lady wanted to argue with me rather than correct a simple mistake.
