I feel really bad leaving a negative review here because the people are so nice, but changes definitely need to happen.
First problem is the coffee. Anytime I get a drink, the toppings are never there. Like no mints at all on peppermint coffee, no pecan praline chunks on the praline coffee, and no cinnamon on the pumpkin spice coffee. Even when I put down on my order for extra toppings.
I'll mention it to them and then they'll add it, but when I'm in a rush to get to work because the wait time in the drive thru is so long, I forget to check and see that again they forgot. I'm a regular, not to sound entitled, but I would have thought because of that they'd at least remember to put it on mine because I've politely reminded them before when I have actually had a little bit more time to notice that the toppings are missing. On weekdays you could be in line for 30min. On weekends, there's no telling. You could literally be there for an hour.
Last problem is the breakfast. When it's there, it's usually cold. But normally, it seems to be always sold out; even in the morning. It's never here anymore.
The only positive is the staffs kindness, but that's literally the only thing that seems to be holding this place together. Needs more staff to make the food and drink to keep the line down, and that way they'll have enough time to actually make them properly. I'll try again in a month or two. For now I'll go to another location. Maybe it'll be better by then.
Edit: Gave one more try earlier than I said I would, and again no toppings when I paid for extra toppings, and was told they were out and was given no substitute. He was talking fast trying to give me a clue to just accept that so he can take the next person... I would have asked for a refund had I not waited again for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru... He wasn't rude, but definitely not considerate... Not even offer any substitute and rush me...? This was a convenient location for me, but it's just not worth it...
2nd Edit: Okay... I'm officially done with this location even though the location is convenient for me... Despite what the app says, most drinks they now claim that they don't do the toppings for them anymore.
If you ask for a substitute, they give some Oreo-like cookie crumble thing, but one of the girls said they just don't do the toppings for some drinks anymore. The app still includes toppings on those drinks, so If you have this location selected, it should give you a heads up that you're not really going to get it considering the long wait time that will all be for an...
Read moreThis Store Has Issues - There are some good, friendly people working at this store. But, there are definitely too many unpleasant people on staff here. It is completely hit and miss when you go there. Last night broke it for me. I was confronted by the twenty-something manager about taking photos of their "employees," even though I was specifically avoiding them completely. There has never been a problem with taking photos there before. And, Starbucks has both Instagram and flickr accounts for people to post their photos. Yet, when I emailed Starbucks, I got this: "I would like to inform you that you may take photographs for personal use while in the café. The interior of the store is private property. We require the media or any one to give us advance notice before shooting inside a Starbucks location. We never allow the menu board or behind the counter to be shot." And, guess what? Later I got this from a different representative: "I was not able to find a written policy available for the public regarding in-store photography. I have shared your feedback with our corporate teams for review." So, Starbucks itself has no idea. Not allowing photography makes no sense, as their social media platforms encourage people to take photos. I have been only going to Starbucks when there is a Happy Hour, because that is the only time that their coffee is close to being a reasonable price. Add to that: I have been a Starbucks stockholder for over a decade, and what I have in stock means that expensive coffee machine in their stores is there because of me. So, being treated like I am in completely...
Read moreOrdered 4 drinks and three food items on my way through town.
First drink came out cold instead of hot, even though it was labeled hot and had to be remade.
Food took longer than all the drinks, and the person literally dropped them on the table and they hit abother cup (i was not next to the counter to stop it) luckily the cup just wobbled. Got to my car to find out one of the food items we're wrong although the label was what I ordered.
I went back inside and told them it was wrong and asked them to remake it. The lady at the food station literally sighed and rolled her eyes.
While I was waiting a manager came by and asked if she can help "no, she's already helping me" I replied.
Got out to the car and two of my drinks were literally coffee and milk, nothing else, even though I even paid extra for caramel.
Called the store and when I asked for a manager, I was told she wasn't available. I said I'd just wait and was told "she's speaking to very important people right now" I finally lost my cool at this point and told the lady I do not care.
Manager came on the phone and had an attitude. When I asked for a refund she said she couldn't do it unless I came back in. I admit I was frustrated and said I couldn't as I was not local and she said there's nothing she could do. I then told her she needed to talk to the workers and tried to explain my frustration.
The managers only reply was to tell me that I had "shushed " her when she tried to help me earlier (before I knew the drinks were bad) and that I "dismissed her when she tried to help me so she was dismissing me."
$40 down...
