They should be sub 4 stars and with uncaring attitude towards service shown by their Hostess, front desk order organizer person. Possibly too much responsibility for this inexperienced or just rude I don’t know which it came across condescending and rude? But that’s not the point. I’ve lived up here since’18 and loved the pizza and pastas at Brewery City. I’ve ordered online several times never a problem with location asks for my permission to access location information and I order no problem until today. Went into a very busy about 6-8 people waiting a counter full of pick up and to go orders not mine! The lady said wrong store sorry after am already 25 minute drive in rush hour traffic another 28 minutes Lacey to East Olympia. Sorry about the mistake here’s your cold incorrect order. Cheese bread order I asked for marinara sauce and got this runny gross excuse for ranch, we had a salad I know what their ranch tastes like that was gross and not what I ordered. I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but it seems rather odd the store that was super busy didn’t have my order and the one that had only two or three customers did; the absolute furthest from my house? I told them I hoped it was good because it was my last one after the over an hour round trip with stops and running around. STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERS! Check and double check I bet that wouldn’t have happened with a delivery order. Seems like they would catch that is a long way to go for a pickup order. The guy at the second store said he was sorry. Me too because like I said IAM NEVER HAVING ANOTHER ONE!!!! Zero stars for zero customer service the lady at the first store was cold blooded! Zero help zero sympathy she was busy and couldn’t give a care for my problem and 28 minute drive. I am done with careless people treating elderly people like we’re stupid and useless. At least the second guy tried.

I was really let down with this version of Brewery City Pizza. I used to order from the Tumwater one regularly and loved it. The staff at this location (at least front desk and whoever took my order over the phone), and the food were horrible. To start, I asked if the fried pickles were deep fried, seeing as how the menu says they are "baked at Tumwater location", which made no sense to me. The guy was actually a smart a@# and said "well we have a deep frier for fried for wings so of course we fry the pickles"...sorry I never worked there and take menu verbiage for face value. 2. the guy screwed up my order. the pizza toppings were wrong, and very light. Huge gaps for having 2 meats and veggies on it..kind of like someone made a cheese pizza and dropped a few toppings on it on accident. 3. We asked for the pizza to be well done, it was doughy and overall undercooked. 4. I ordered wings, extra extra crispy.. Even said to please cook 4-5 minutes longer...soggy and not one iota of crispy.. 5. When I arrived to get my order, the "senior" acting employee training a new hire forgot half of my order in the back, then, insisted on helping 2 other people at the front while I stood there holding my pizza, as it got colder, waiting for the rest of my order. He then took a phone call to take an order (after being told my order was incomplete and having helped 2 other people place orders) in which I interrupted and demanded the rest of my food after standing there for about 7-8 minutes. Poor management leads to poor staff performance and attitudes, leads to poor food quality, leads to dissatisfied customers. Will not be returning to the Lacey location...here's hoping Tumwater hasn't gone down the toilet. Yes...menu picture to show my confusion

Excellent server. Ordered a Cobb salad and artichoke dip to start (sorry no pics...). Cobb salad was delicious, but the artichoke dip came plentiful for the dip on a rather large platter, but only had 8 very very small slices of toast. It looked sadly empty. No biggy, we requested additional slices, however our server came back apologetic that his manager required an additional order (lol). You're kidding me, Mr. Manager, right?!? It's bread... little tiny breads... like the least expensive food stuffs next to soda (lol). We declined to pay for more. Hence the 3 stars. We ordered a serving of garlic bread and 2 large pizzas. Really, should care about customer service... not a minimal visit... it's left a sour taste to the experience and have to question - am I dissatisfied with the later food because I'm now jaded over the odd stinginess? Was tempted to be equally stingy with our tip, but our server was so spectacular, it's not his fault his boss is lousy. Rest of the food: garlic bread is as pictured... a thick thick "pizza" that is kind of gritty. All 3 adults did not like it, but I will give this, my 3 kiddos LOVED it! So... there's that. Jalapeno Poppers pizza... great potential, too thick. Try it on thin crust probably. The regular crust is more like a pan pizza minus the butter... fried taste. Very dry. But the toppings had great flavor, just over powered by the bread of the crust. Again very dry... we also ordered the Meathead, minus ground beef, and this pizza is delicious. Atmosphere is blah, but very clean. Again server was delightful. Hostess friendly. Timely order delivery. But the food is ok, customer focus very low.

To set the scene, we arrived at a little after 5pm with about 5 tables sat. There were a total of 3 staff working out in the front and we chose to sit outside on the patio because its lower exposure and risk during this time. Our waitress was a little slower than expected, but we got our drinks within 10 minutes of ordering. We placed our food order which included an appetizer, and began waiting.

45 minutes goes by, other tables who were sat after us had already received their entire meals and drinks and I finally go ask the waitress where our food was. She proceeded to tell me that it would only be a few more minutes. Mind you we still hadn't gotten our appetizers. I kindly asked her to please just box it up, as we had to get our children home soon for baths and bed.

After another 20 minutes of waiting for our food to now come out, my wife went inside while I loaded the kids in the car. They only bring out half of our order and no plastic utensils. She goes back inside to ask for the utensils and the rest of our food, and was told it was only going to be just a few more minutes for our remaining food.

Now I understand that food doesn't just materialize, but this is unacceptable for a restaurant of this size, during dinner rush, with hardly anyone inside eating to wait this long for an order for 3 people. We have been here in the past, and the service was great then, along with the tasty food they have to offer, its a shame that we won't be coming back.

Sidenote, the table that was sat next to us outside on the patio hadn't gotten their drinks when we initially got up and left. So this wasn't an isolated issue with just our table. They were waiting at least 15-20 minutes for...
