this store is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and I'm a former employee of mcdonalds. before they renovated to remove the lobby soda machine, and they still kept sweet tea out there, I saw a worker take a date/time sticker off of an expired sweet tea urn, and put a new one on without replacing it, which shows how much they care about food safety. I've also been served rock solid, expired pies, but they just peel the stickers off of those too. I've also seen crew members wear blue gloves while serving people in lobby, which are ONLY to be worn when handling raw meat. Crew is generally polite, upper management however are incredibly rude and argumentative. One time I ordered an ice cream cone and a drink, and requested a small cup for my ice cream, and I had only received the empty cup and the cone. I asked for my drink and the manager yelled at me and told me I already got it, and only after yelling and me showing her an empty cup did she get my drink, which she slammed on the counter. Another time, I ordered a mcflurry, and she gave it to me, unmixed. When I asked her to mix it, she took a spoon and hand mixed it. The point of the mcflurry mixing machine is so that the toppings are thoroughly mixed in and only takes 3-5 seconds. Not to mention I had waited over half an hour for the rest of my food, which was only about 6 items. Whenever my boyfriend orders, staff don't even bother talking to him, no "here's your receipt" or "here you go" or "have a nice day". And whenever he goes to the bathroom, staff follow him in and tell him he has to leave, even after he's sat and eaten. We are regular customers and have spent $100s of dollars at this location, but because we are homeless, they think the way they treat us doesn't matter, which is something I'm used to but we have proven time and time again that we dont trash the bathrooms, we clean up after ourselves in lobby, and like i said we have spent so much of what little money we have here. Read moreWe went in, thinking it would be quick and somewhat peaceful. It was the exact opposite. I first got my iced Carmel coffee with the new “straw less lid” which was an absolute joke. I tried to make it work at first, however I went and got a straw because the plastic is so thin, it was spilling all over myself and my clothes. We then got the food which was messed up as well. I ordered a plain quarter pound cheese burger with extra cheese which wasn’t correct when they first brought it out and they confirmed with me what it was supposed to be and I waited ten more minutes, thinking that it would come out, but it didn’t. I went back up to the counter and informed them that my cheeseburger was still not out yet. They then confirmed what it was supposed to be again, and by that time I could have finished it and been gone, it’s supposed to be “fast food”, duh!! They also do not have any napkins or silverware on the bar, meaning you have to go ask them for it, and of course it takes them two minutes to find them. Meanwhile a few people that park and get their food delivered to their car come in and complain stuff is missing. They take care of them and finally my burger is delivered to the table. They cheese is cold on the side and is half melted. It tasted horrible but I still ate it because I spent my hard earned money and time on it. Very disappointed and will never be back again. Read moreI had a horrible experience I ordered a large coffee and asked the person taking my order three times what the price was she said a dollar plus tax I asked the second time because I know it on the screen as I pointed out to her that it gave a different price she said it was a dollar after a third time she said it's a dollar and I pulled up to the window she asked me for a dollar 56 I said I have a dollar 10 that's what you told me it would be she threw a fit and ran to the second window to give me my money back and tell me she couldn't tell me the copy for that price I said but that's what you quoted her manager then intervened and said I had to pay the full amount even though they quoted me the wrong price he included some cuss words I gave them the full amount begrudgingly and got my coffee he then gave me back the wrong change and told me to never come back again I probably will never go back there again anyway which is sad because it's right by where I live I've been drinking coffee from McDonald's for probably 10 years never had this problem before as a matter of fact almost every restaurant or store I've ever been to when they quoted me the wrong price they gave me the price they quoted me instead of trying to switch it out on me and charge me more I know it's only a few cents it's kind of the principle of thing and for her manager to cuss at me on top of that really upset me kind of made my whole day a...
