I've used this company before when they first started for our ghostbusters halloween party. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was also pleased with the product. I am back asking about my sons 10th birthday party and was just seeing what my options were. I asked about three different things. I asked for a three tier smaller cake. I was asking for a quote and when they told me 355. I let the person know that I am wanting something similar smaller and cheaper. They then sent me pictures of cakes they made in our theme for 170 that is perfect and very reasonable. I then asked about cupcakes and if we could do a dozen cupcakes with different characters. The response was very rude and made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. As a paying customer I should be able to ask questions and be able get great customer service in the process. Her response was " I'm sorry. I would call Wagner's, they may have a better price. Thank you for considering my bakery. Have a great day". I never once asked about pricing after she quoted me 355. I was ok with the 170 for the six inch round cake she showed me. I was wondering about cupcakes to add to the cake to have different characters. She was so quick to turn away a paying customer. I am in search of a new baker since mine is moving to Texas. I have a lot of customers following me and she just turned down a lot of business. I do not care if you are a single person trying to maintain customer service should never be broken. Very disappointment.
It is very sad that you cannot take constructive criticism. In all of your negative reviews you always lash back out, like a high schooler. IF anyone is hurting your business it is you and your poor customer service. Future customers will see how you respond and will not want to even consider you. I found someone who has baked for our family for years and she is now moving to Texas and I remember your business that should mean something but I guess your mind does not work like that. If any one is not making sense it is you and how unprofessional you are. If you are so overwhelmed maybe hire help since your business...

I called to get a quote for a wedding cupcakes tasting box.
Although they do not do tasting boxes for free we did not mind paying the $40.00 for 12 cupcakes. I received a text message from Loren confirming our order and her asking if we wanted to double our order. I did not think twice and decided to doubled our order but I was not told that it would cost extra. My finances went to pick up the cupcakes and paid $79.00 for 24 cupcakes. I was so confused 🤔.
When I reached out to Loren to clarify the prices she was very short tempered with me. I apologized to her, stating that if me asking a clarifying question upset her that was not my intentions.
I then told her that her cupcakes are delicious, I watch the food network channel and we were excited to support a BIPOC owned business. I then received a message from Loren stating that my money will be refunded and she hopes that I find someone else to do our cupcakes. Honestly I found the way this matter was handled was very unprofessional.
If you decided to go to this barker make sure you are ready for the attitude. Refusing a customer service because they asked a follow up question should never happen.
We decided to take our business else where because the last thing I want to feel is horrible as this is my first wedding ever. Who knew asking a clarifying question about the prices would lead to this.

This business owner is not professional at all. Why would I be mad at someone who doesn't want my business? That is silly.
Again this person is a hot mess and I am not mad. I found someone more professional to complete our...
Read moreMy husband ordered a small wedding cake for our wedding in July.
I had no idea about the design and although I knew the cake was ordered I wanted it to be a surprise.
We had to rush to travel to Seattle and ended up forgetting our cake. Since the ceremony was just the two of us, the officiant and the photographer we could have the cake later. So we decided to phone the establishment and request for the cake to be stored for us. This was accommodated without issues.
When I saw the cake I absolutely loved it. Inside was a multicolored cake with the colors of the LGBT flag to represent our same sex marriage.
Minimalist cakes have to be done well, and the baker pulled it off. Outside, I felt the job she did on the cake was beautiful and I was extremely happy.
She decorated with my and my husband's favourite colors, and the buttercream around the cake was so delicious I could not stop eating.
Even better was the caramelised pineapple filling. I wish there were two layers of that.
We saved the top tier for our first anniversary but I'm not going to wait, I'll make an order for a small cake just so I can taste it again.
The baker was very friendly to us and I would recommend her for quality of service and the product she made.
If the owner is reading this review, thanks so very much for making one of the most special occasions in my life so...
