I've been there somewhere between 5 and 10 times now and I've had consistently good experiences. I live within walking distance of the mall and my partner and I use this as a morning "date spot" to walk over to. Here's what brings me back:
-The people who work there are really nice, the owner is a sweetheart, and the environment is cute.
-While I've seen several people in there at a time, I've never waited long.
-Their breakfast sandwiches are tasty, come out quickly, are always hot all the way through, and they're never dried out.
-They have a selection of pastries to suit those with dietary restrictions.
-When I get coffee to go (which I usually do), they let me bring my (tiny, handheld) puppy in with me and give him a treat.
Read moreI've been here a few times, and as a pregnant woman walking the mall, I started to feel incredibly overheated and nauseous. So my first thought was to come here for a water. Well, I walk in, and they tell me they only sell one size of tap water for $2!!! I was absolutely blown away by this. I have not been charged for water at any other coffee shop and for such a ridiculous price for tap water. I didn't have my wallet on me, so I couldn't get any. But I will no longer be supporting this business as I am truly blown away by the disgusting greed. I've come here several times trying different drinks to try and support them, but they are a bit higher priced, and drinks aren't good which is why I kept trying different drinks to see if anything came out good to try and support them. I will no longer come here or try to support them. Thankfully, nice people at the TERIYAKI place gave me a water! Last place I expected water from, but they...
Read moreThey have a huge digital menu that shows their prices but when you get checked out everything is about 25 cents more than what their menu says. There is a tiny piece of paper on their register that says some prices have changed and to please be patient while they update their menu. That piece of paper has been there for months. Not a huge deal I get the owners are probably too lazy to change a super simple picture for their menu. Went in there today to get an iced Americano and I asked for light ice just to see a 50 cents charge for light ice. How does it make any sense to charge me more money for less water than a non iced coffee and less ice than a regular iced coffee. Put bluntly I think those are business practices of crooks. 25 50 cents may not seen like a big deal but they are ripping off hundreds of people a day for that amount and lining their pockets off of their customers ignorance. Will not be supporting them...
