I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your Capital Mall location in Olympia today 07/19/2025 at 1:26 PM

During my visit, I accompanied a friend who placed her order successfully with the assistance of an exceptionally courteous Asian server. As I was waiting for my turn, a Hispanic server with long black hair approached. When I attempted to place my order, she informed me that she would assist other customers first, even though I was next in line. This interaction left me feeling overlooked and disappointed.

When it was finally my turn, there was no apology for the oversight. I believe in the importance of good customer service and proper queue management, and I suggest that the staff might benefit from additional training in these areas.

So my son asks every time I begrudgingly go to the mall for boba tea. I say begrudgingly because I am not a mall person.

Normally I wouldn't glance at the tea place because of his dairy restrictions but this time I saw a sign that said dairy free options. I explained to the staff my concerns and they cleaned a blender from scratch to ensure no dairy in it. The guy was super patient, giving us great opinions on taste even with a huge line behind me.

They make the boba fresh every 4 hours and you can tell. I got the black tea lightly sweetened with classic boba and my son got taro with almondmilk and jelly pieces. Turns out he is not a taro fan but he like poking the straw! So it wouldn't deter me from getting it again for me as both were delicious.

I would say even if a line, the tea is made fast, and give it a try. It's fun to walk and sip and it makes a crowded mall...

Didn’t want to post this but I had a bad experience with one of the employees on Saturday 4/5/25 a teen was so obvious he was being racist he didn’t want to attend me and my husband he saw us coming to him yet didn’t say anything until a lady that works with him told him To ask our order it was obvious he didn’t want to by the way he looked at us after that we waited for him to call us to get our orders he never called us he left them just on the counter we had to go and check out if our drinks where done he never called our order number! And with other customers he was so nice and called there orders very disrespectful kid! other employees working there the best they were...
