This is by-far the worst Chipotle's location I have been to - anywhere in the US (and I get around a lot). Every time I leave, I tell my family I am never going back. Tonight's go started with attempting to determine if they were even open. The Chipotle sign above the door was not lit (it was around 7PM and full dark outside). Next came the disappointment of a sign on the door warning that they were out of guacamole. I mentioned the sign being off to an employee inside and was told that it's always like that and they weren't sure why. I went ahead and snagged a chicken burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side for dinner. The tortilla had really hard edges like it had been sitting out in the air too long and one of the ingredients in the bowl was so cold it actually hurt my teeth a little; probably one of the salsas. The rest of the ingredients were alright, but I ended up with one of those gristly chunks of chicken that ruin your appetite and almost make you gag. To top off the experience, the fork I picked up was one of those cheap white ones that is obviously from a disposable picnic pack like Walmart sells. The spoons and knives were the normal, higher-quality black variety Chipotle carries on a normal basis. My cheapo fork worked just fine, but it, along with the lack of guacamole, the rock hard edges on my tortilla, and the unlit sign outside, is indicative of a store under questionable management. I am not knocking the chain as a whole and I very rarely write poor reviews, but in the 6 or so times I have attempted eating at this location, all ended in disappointment. I hope I am just experiencing an unlucky run and your trip is better than all of mine, but at this point a negative pattern has emerged and I'm done. I would actually prefer to drive further to the Lacey location where the product you recieve is consistently, reliably, and...

My child loves the kids’ quesadillas. But asks for the cheese to be unmelted. It’s never been a problem. However this time, the employee said they have to charge us extra for the cheese because we had it on the side and not in the tortilla.
When I refuted this charge, he threw away our kids meals and refused to serve me and banned me from the store.
It was an extreme & unwarranted response to a loyal customer that gets this order multiple times a week. My kid just wanted unmelted cheese! Why charge us extra, throw the food away, and then ban me from the store?
I’ve always had great interactions with chipotle employees and the person making our food was so kind. I’ve never been charged extra for a deconstructed quesadilla! And to ban a customer for questioning that is extreme.
I still love chipotle and believe in their customer service. It’s extremely unfortunate to be...
Read moreThis was my first time going to chipotle, I won't lie i heard very mixed things about it and wanted to give it a shot.
Food - meh. Not impressed. The steak by itself was bland, dry, and chewy (Each bit a of steak was cooked differently.. some pink and some not. ) the rice was a bit hard, it could've been steamed/cooked for a few more minutes. The vegetables are pretty standard I guess, they're cooked. The queso and guacamole were also pretty standard. the only difference is the guacamole was fresh and had more flavor.
Service - standard (which isn't bad) with small bonuses, they listened, they were kind, and patient with me when I had no idea what to get.
Atmosphere - I got food when it was pretty slow, but regardless it was pretty clean inside and I appreciate that.
Overall this was the okayest burrito that I had and couldn't even finish it. Bummer. Would I go back again? No. Food trucks are just...
