UPDATE- I’ve changed my review to reflect my appreciation for the changes I saw pretty immediately after posting my 1st negative review. I followed the link on the comment below & gave more info, & the next time we visited just a couple days later the bathrooms were 90% better. The one that had been locked and unusable was now opened back up, the sanitary pad bins were all cleaned out & not overflowing , there wasn’t garbage all over the floor & there were paper towels available. I also noticed one of the younger gals with braids smiled and was somewhat friendly, that was a first for us, & I want to note that I noticed it , & appreciated it. Chuck e also came out and interacted with the kids. I still took a star off because the pizza was pretty disappointing imo (though someone else’s pizza came out with a totally different crust and looked pretty good so idk) & the drink area still needs a deep clean. the straw dispenser has old soda dried up around the area the straws come out & the whole area counter floor etc was super sticky (but that’s somewhat to be expected in a self serve area).
Initial review- I appreciate that the main space is usually decently clean but the bathrooms EVERY TIME IVE BEEN HERE (like 10x the last few months ) are DISGUSTING. They aren’t clean ,there’s no toilet seat protectors available except in the handicap bathroom (if there’s any in the box stuffed behind the handicap bar), the sanitary pad bins are spilling out onto the floor , as well as garbage bins .toilets aren’t working , one of the bathrooms has been out of commission for what seems like at least a month, & another barely flushes, so only the handicapped one really works and it’s always so gross you’d rather hold it, & there may or may not be paper towels after washing your hands. Today when we came in a team of two people were pulling tables away from the wall and vacuuming under which I appreciate …but nobody was attending to the bathrooms that were in my opinion unusable, so that should...
Read moreThey helped us throw the birthday party of a life time. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, wants and demands. They continuously checked on us to see what more they could do for us. They let us set the tone for our party rather than following the schedule that they put together. We had 17 kids at our party and every single parent told us they were having just as much fun as the kids (we got the 2 hr unlimited play passes for each kid, so EVERYONE played for 2 hrs straight, parents included). The parents thanked me several times for the party and told me numerous times that they really enjoyed themselves. I don't think I've ever been to a more memorable, perfect and stress free party. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Chuck E Cheese. Mackenna made the party totally unforgettable. I paid $500 after taxes for the biggest package they have (25.99 per kid X 17 kids, plus 3 large pizzas for adults). This included 2 hours of unlimited play for each kid, 4 medium pizzas for the kids to share (plus the 3 additional large pizzas I got for adults), several pitchers of soda, reusable cups for every kid, a rockstar microphone for my son, the ticket blaster for my son and a friend, a party host that catered to all our needs (and cut/served the cake I brought), 2 tables, a visit from Chuck E., goodie bags for every kid, bags of cotton candy for every kid to take home and ice cream for every kid. For under $30 after tax per kid, I think getting all of those goodies AND 2 hours of play time was a FANTASTIC deal!! Thank you Mackenna and the entire Chuck E Cheese...
Read moreI had two grandkids (8 and 5) for the day and decided to beat the heat and have some fun. I have never been and asked the girl taking our order how it all worked. I was told you can buy minutes it a set number of games. I purchased what I thought was a set number of games for each kid. We find a table to set our stuff down and go search out some Games. About 15 minutes in and out pizza was delivered so I had the kids come eat while hot. Of course they only had one piece so they could go play again. One game didn’t work so I told a staff member. She’s like oh that’s to bad. I had to ask if we got our one play back which she said hold on I’ll get someone. A guy comes out, adds water, tries to play the game and still nothing. No compensation or acknowledgment. Then we go to play different games with our card and the machine quickly flashes time is up. I didn’t purchase minutes. I asked for the set number of games. So we went to cash in our 15 tickets on our cards and I explained all this to the same girl and again zero acknowledgment. Then asked if I wanted the cards back and I said no, not knowing I paid for the things. The kids here hate their jobs and you get zero customer service. Pizza was alright. ...
