I long anticipated the opening of this restaurant as the food court in Olympia Mall has always been somewhat lacking in quality and diversity of foods.
When I first saw the sign the professionality of it looked promising. Now that it is open I have been a frequent flyer of this Nepalese food spot.
The first item I had to try was their Frankie Roll and the flavor was to die for. Savory, sweet and spiced just right. I followed it up with the butter Chicken Mo: Mo dumplings and cheese veggie Mo: Mo dumplings. Both of which were a delight. (Though the butter Chicken Mo:mo were my favorite) The cheese pull on the cheese dumplings were legendary I swear I am still pulling those cheese strings. The butter chicken Mo: Mo however were just right, the mixture of spice and stuffing to dough ratio, the softness of the dumpling made my tongue throb in ecstacy. Before I knew it they were all gone, and with ample sauce practically making a soup they were bathing in I'd be remiss if I didn't say that I slurped it like it was the last soup I've had in my life.
Granted I think I will be returning time and time again as long as they continue creating delicious dishes like these. So if you find yourself at the mall do not miss the opportunity to try their cuisine. (Photos were after I had already eaten 6 of each and I forgot to...
Read moreMy 6 year old and I were shopping for last minute school/birthday stuff for her and we live close but don't come to the mall much and were excited to see a new food spot at the food court and even more excited it was something we love! I wish i got the cashiers name. He was very kind, patient and even offered a sample. We got the chicken soup momos. They are so flavorful. So bold with a perfect zing of spice. Not too much for my sensitive pallete 😅 the flavor almost reminds me of a samosa or curry. Very generous portion. Amazing texture. Very filling. I wish I saw the chicken lollipops before I ordered because i have always wanted to try those and didnt notice until we paid. So ill definitely be back for those. I hope this place stays in business. It isnt packed like panda but it should be. It is a little pricier but for the portion size and quality it is worth it. Again, I cant get over how kind the employee was. 10/10 recommend. I cant wait to come back and try a cheese momo and...
Read moreI ordered a few items to try out this new eats. It’s really good. The momo are pretty tasty, very well stuffed with meats and spices. The sauce isn’t a very strong flavor but it pairs extremely well with the steamed momo. The fried rice is pretty tasty with a nice long grain, I had the shrimp and it was cooked well. I probably should have gotten a different meat choice since I prefer a more incorporated flavor. I also got a soup momo and chow mein on another occasion. The chow mein was well cooked and I liked the vegetables are cut to match the size of the noodles. The chicken was well done, not the juicy kind but has a good chew and texture to it, paired well with the noodles. The soup momo was very tasty, I liked cutting it and spooning the sauce on the insides. I am very satisfied with my experience despite the wait. I will be trying all the other...
