This location is the closest one to me it's still a good 10 to 15 minutes away but I am heavily considering going to a another location for my next purchase every time I come here I ask for Chick-fil-A sauce for each individual order and then at the end when they ask if there's anything more I just ask if I could get a few extra pockets of Chick-fil-A sauce when I get to the front I check my bags and every single time there is no sauce in there so I have to ask for sauce and then ask for more and then ask for more because I tried to make it very clear and the beginning that I wanted a large abundance of sauce I use it for everything in my order and so does my child am I husband so when I'm ordering 2 large fries to 12 count grilled nuggets a small fry from my son and then of 6 count grilled nugget for my son 2 packets of Chick-fil-A sauce is not gonna cut it that's why I make sure I ask at the intercom for sauce for each individual order and then at the end make sure I ask for extra but for some reason I never have any put in any of my bags and then I have to ask all over again I don't understand why it's so difficult to listen especially when I put so much emphasis on it I got up to the counter today I'm in a rush I picked up food for my family before I have to leave for work and I asked her did you guys put extra sauce in my bags she kindly responded yes but here's 3 more just in case it's not enough I'm so glad that I ask because when I got home I only had the 3 that she had given me implying that no not only did they not put extra sauce in my bags they did not put any in my bags at all I'm in extremely picky eater I like to eat each bite with sauce which is why I weirdly require so much sauce may not seem like a big deal to others may not seem like a big deal to most but it is to me and I go out of my way to make it obvious that I want a lot of sauce and end up most of the time with absolutely none and have to drive all the way back to get it I try to check my bag every single time but sometimes like today when I am in a huge rush I feel like I should not have to do so any time but if I'm in a rush then I should be able to let them know exactly what I want and get that just When I don't it's very infuriating and I figured one time OK that's fine that's normal things happen it gets busy twice again normal stuff happens things get busy but after 4567 plus times that it's happened and it seems to happen now every single time it's ridiculous it almost seems as if I ask for extra sauce they blatantly don't put any in there when I don't ask for extra sauce I more often have it put in my bag then when I actually do ask for extra sauce and I get...
Read moreMy husband and I frequent this location and usually the service and food always meets or exceeds our expectations. Unfortunately, that was not the case tonight around 7:45PM.
Firstly, we pulled up and were directed to one of the kiosks where you order with one of the employees directly, which is usually fine, but we were not given a menu so we weren’t sure at first what we wanted. The employee helping us seemed to be getting impatient, and there was immediate confusion when we began to order (keep in mind we never received a menu to help us decide).
Once we got that figured out, we paid the total with her and thought that was that. Well, we get to the window and receive my husband’s drink. It was a medium drink but should have been a large. I told the employee at the window that it’s supposed to be a large meal, but she said “no, you ordered a medium.” I told her that the employee that took our order put it in incorrectly, but we had no way of knowing because she didn’t repeat the order back to us, as is the typical procedure at Chick Fil-A if I’m not mistaken. There was no offer by the employee to reconcile the issue, she just looked at me and said “Oh.” So we just took the food and left.
Even though we thought that was the worst of it, we tried a few fries on our way home and they tasted old. Like, 3AM going through the drive thru at a 24-hour McDonald’s old. The drink he got was half-full with ice, the produce on his sandwich was like the bottom of the tin, and the chicken patty was the smallest he’s ever gotten and was overshadowed by the bun.
We LOVE Chick Fil-A and have never had any issues at this or any location. We’ve visited this specific one at various times of the day, so I don’t understand why the standard upheld at this particular time/location was so abhorrent.

As soon as my wife and I walked in, the lady at the register greeted us. I come from a customer service background (Verizon for 7 years) and this is what I expect from any business that I should walk into. I guess I was so used to having to greet everyone that walked into our stores. So when I visit any type of business I expect the same because I know that it makes everyone feel so welcome.
The next thing I noticed was the attention they give you. They are not rude. They offer to bring your food to your table.
While we were eating, we had not only 1 but 2 people come to our table and ask if everything was okay. One of the guys asked me to get a refill for my drink. I was like sure! He came back and asked me if there was anything else he could help with. 3 min later someone else came and was cleaning tables. He complimented on my daughter (1 year old) and said she was very sweet. That made me feel comfortable then asked if everything was okay and offered to get some refills.
As soon as we left, we were asked to have a great day and they thanked us for coming in. We were satisfied with the food and the service here.
