Probably the worst service. I have ever experienced. My first guess would be management. Iâll share my storyâŠ. I deliver for various good delivery services. As a single mother of 5 my full time an part time just arenât cutting it these days. So I took to delivering. I went to BWW this evening around 7pm to get an order for the service I work for. I was told by girl up front BWW had not received the order. She would need to deliver it manually. She added I would have to wait 20-25 minutes. She also added, more than once, I could just send order to the next driver. A lot arenât aware but on certain delivery apps this sending orders to another diver affects our ratings tremendously depending on what delivery app it is. Therefore itâs not that sume to just send order to another driver. So I set my timer for 25 min. an I waited. During this time atleast 7-8 people with to go orders came & went. The final straw for me was a friend of the girl working at the front cashier at BWWâs order a to go order. Walked in just like me. Placed order just like I had to since the delivery app had not sent it. Or BWW had not received it. After the cashiers friend ordered. I asked the front cashier girl again if my order was ready. She said it will be another 20-25 minutes. I said âFor wings & a kids mealâ?! So your telling me 45 minutes almost an hour for wings & a kids meal. She said yes. However she told her friend whom used a gift card it would only be 15 minutes. Again to go orders coming & going. I had since left an came back. This time though I left contacted delivery service and customer. Customer said at 8pm (mind you I got there at 7pm) that the order had been sitting there an hour. The customer told management that could not be correct because she could see in app I arrived @ 7pm. The management is not knowing Iâm otp with the customer the whole time an she knows the run around an the front cashier showing favoritism to a friend. Ultimately the restaurant lied. The manager lied. The front desk cashier girl is costing them alot of money. The order was canceled by customer. I canât say it was a waste of gas because Iâm in one of my car is a two door Honda coupe just for these deliveries. But I canât say in 2022 with almost everyone struggling after coronavirus I canât believe that people like this still exist and I donât understand what is the purpose of lying to a customer losing money and running around the very delivery services that you count on to bring in money when things like Covid happen. I wouldnât eat here I wouldnât recommend a friend here the end all be all the customer told me even if the food was ready she no longer wanted it she was feeding her children and had not cooked that evening and had to start cooking dinner at 8 oâclock I could hear the baby in the background it was just heartbreaking. Again I would not eat here I would not dine here I definitely will not order from here and management needs to be replaced and maybe some of the people need to be retrained but the things that I witnessed are unacceptable unfair...
Read moreI have been a loyal BWW consumer for decades and my service tonight will bring that to an end.
My family and I came in for our first night out in a very long time and we were all looking forward to having wings from BWW. Unfortunately, we chose to come here.
We arrived shortly after 5 and began with some drinks. The server was very nice and got out water with 5 - 10 minutes. Then the problems started. My wife and I ordered Miller Lite which they were out of. Okay, no biggie, ordered different drinks. Got the app ordered and then our first long wait. 20 minutes from ordering app to being asked about what we wanted for dinner when the app arrived.
We ordered 40 boneless wings and a sandwich. 2 orders of 20 wings with 4 sauces which is our standard order. To change it up for one of us we for a chicken sandwich. After ordering we began the long wait. 45 minutes went by with no refills and only 1 stop by from the waitress to say that our food was going to come. At 1 hour I told my wife and kids to keep an eye out for the waitress so we could just pay for what had been delivered and go somewhere else.
I guess lucky for us she came by at 65 minutes and dropped off our food. I told her I was glad we finally got our food because we were getting ready to go to the manager. No response, no apology for the wait, no care. She left our table and we started to eat only to find that the wings had been thrown on the trays with no indication of what was what. We stopped the waitress and she said she had no idea. That was the last we saw of her through the whole meal. No refills, no asking if we want anything else, nothing.
We figured out who's stuff was where and ate. My wife's and daughters food was cold, the chicken sandwich was on stale bread, fries had been sitting too long, and overall it was just a poor showing.
After finishing our meal we waited another 15 minutes and had to flag down a different waitress so we could pay and leave.
While I waited I check around to see if it was a rush causing the issue but saw that the dining area had less than 50 people total including staff. I checked the front and no large crowds coming or going fir orders.
This was nothing more then just bad service. I am sorry to say but after over 20 years of coming to BWW this will be my last visit. There are several great options for wings in Omaha that provide excellent service and great food. It is really too bad. Going forward I will be eating at Oscar's, Wing Stop, Buffalo Wings and Rings, Copps Pizza, and even Pizza Hut before this store.
Finally, before BWW replys to this post with asking me to fill out some form on their site how about you own up to the horrible situation. I just read through, and market as helpful, over a dozen 1 and 2 star reviews from people saying the same thing for the past 4 to 5 months. Your customers keep speaking but it seems you are...
Read moreI placed an order today on your app. I've always had a pleasant experience, a time or two I've had minor mishaps and left it to human error. We are all allowed a little room for improvement. But today was the icecream on top of the cake.
I placed my order about 9 o'clock ( you can verify on your end) with a promised time of 10:10 (over an hour wait and yes I waited because I love you guys that much).
Upon arrival to the restaurant. We weren't greeted, took about 4 mins before anybody came up to us. And when they finally did they just directed us towards the counter. I'd understand if it was super busy. But in all honesty it wasn't. Maybe about 2 tables seated and a handful of people at the bar. When they finally came up to us, a younger woman asked us what we where there for, I advised pick up and she then walked away. Literally walked away and left us standing there about another 5 mins, comes back out front and ignores us. Doesn't give us an update on the food, doesn't give us a smile,a glare, NOTHING. She then proceeds to ask for help.
When the other rep comes out front, she asks what I'm there to do, I advice that I already spoke to someone and I'm here to pick up and order (mind you my order was a 10:10 pick up, I got there around 10:12 and the time was now 10:25). She points toward the back, mumbles something and when I ask her again about my order she just apologizes.
When my order finally came out, I found out the reason for the wait was that part of my order was never made. Now I get home and all my food was cold and the one that was hot (onion rings) where soggy and stuck to one another!!! Like WTH?!?!?!
And the cherry on top was they forgot my carrots and it's one of the main things I have with my wings ( I know those are free but honestly guys. I never had wings with carrot sticks before Bdubs so this one is on you. )
They even forgot my extra sauce. Yes I put it in the notes.
Idk what went wrong in there today. But honestly nobody should be ignored nor eat bad quality/cold food. I honestly ate it because I was hungry, but only that.
P.s I used my gift certificate from my points I've earned and trust me when I tell you that meal wasn't a gift. Nothing is a gift when it's cold.
P.s.s My husband's food was supposed to be Lemon Pepper and I promise you guys, not a dash of dry rub was added to his wings. They literally gave him chicken...
