I stopped here because of the “4-star” review rating on Google but I was in a hurry and didn’t actually read any of the reviews until I got my food and took it back to the hotel. I am only in town for the night and picked up a salad & a couple of tacos. I gave the atmosphere 2 stars because there was 1 other person inside the restaurant, nothing memorable. Service was fine, the bartender took my order for to-go, no issues there. The food however - I wouldn’t feed to my dog. I really wish I read the reviews before I came here. The “grilled” chicken salad and the 2 chicken tacos are BOTH made with canned chicken, I could tell the minute I tried a bite. At first, I thought it was shredded rotisserie chicken but the minute I tasted the soft and mushy texture, I knew it came straight from a can. What a joke. That’s not ‘grilled chicken.’ That is false advertising and it was bland, as canned food can be. Both, the tacos and the salad were so saturated in cheese too, maybe to try to cover up the disguised “grilled” chicken. If I could give the food a zero, I absolutely would. Do better, Rocco’s. Chicken is the cheapest meat, so use a higher chicken quality other than canned meat. Downtown Omaha was a disappointment. Don’t waste your money here.

Wouldn’t recommend. The “cheese stuffed pretzels are literally soft stick pretzels you buy at the grocery store and the pizza it’s self look and tasted terrible like a shitty frozen Costco pizza or something. Also ordered beef cheese dip and that was decent at least. Warmed up can queso still though. could have walked in my supermarket and purchased this for around $20. Same food is at this “restaurant”… if you could even call it that. This place feels like a blatant rip off. My waitress was nice and friendly though.

ordered for take out. We were staying at a hotel nearby. I was surprised at the size of the pizza and then again by how good it was (very spicy). The only thing that had me wondering was why the total was $21 something when the pizza is listed as $16.99 on their website. That's 4+ dollars of tax which is more than 20% ...??? unless they charge a take out fee. Anyways, the pizza was good. The place was pretty much empty though when I went to pick up the pizza around 8:40ish

I know food and my reviews are fair. 2-3 stars, I cannot decide.

We had spinach artichoke dip and one of the pizzas. Service was fast, no issue there when we went.

The pizza crust is good for the style of pizza that they are doing. You have to consider the point of the food your eating, they hit the crust just right but if your not a fan of freschetta or totinos crust this wont be your kind of pizza. Plenty of toppings.

The issue is the pizza was so salty we only had half and took the rest to go. Salt is a flavor enhancer, and a appetite suppressor so a lot of places are jacking up the salt because of supplier inflation. I assume their ingredients arnt fresh made, is what it seems like. There is no reason to add salt, in any way to a pizza or into its ingredients. IF they were to cut the salt it could be a good pizza, for that pizza type.

Our to go box for the pizza was a regular to go box, the reason you use pizza boxes is so you dont have to stack the slices.

The chips for the dip were good but the artichoke dip is likely the cheapest option from their supplier. It was mushy and oily without a lot of flavor, if I wasnt so hungry I would asked for...

SERVICE ANIMAL ALERT: I showed up with my service dog after a MCWS game, and they refused to let us in. They claimed that no dogs were allowed because they serve food. I explained, as well as another man who I didn’t know by the way, and who also understood what the ADA requires of restaurants, hotels, etc., and the bouncer still refused to let us in. Bouncer didn’t even ask us the usual questions or anything. I asked for the manager, who came out and was incredibly rude and aggressive And yelled at us, “no dogs!” and disappeared. And on top of that, he was wrong. He didn’t have a choice, he had to let me in, and by not doing so, he broke the law. I don’t care how big he was, 6 foot 5+ and clearly using his size to try intimidate us, or how aggressive he was. He was wrong. Period. Plus, we went to Jericho steakhouse, the sushi place up the street, all kinds of restaurants and didn’t have a problem except at Rocco‘s. They broke the law,...
