Every team member with whom I interacted was friendly, professional, and helpful.
I visited for breakfast for the first time. One initially orders/pays at the counter and is then given a number to place on the table. One then finds a seat in their dining room on a first come first served basis. The decor is industrial, simple, and quite airy.
I'm a benedict snob and judge places by their ability to make this dish. I would give their salmon benedict a 4/5. Here's why:
The aji hollandaise was beautifully done with just the right amount of buttery heat.
The bacon jam was a beautiful addition, quite flavorful with a nice texture.
The egg yolk was not as runny as I prefer. It was good, just not perfect.
The English muffin, while toasted well, was simply too big. Over, the dish just didn't have a good bread to protein ratio. I should also mention the eggs were typically sized, and the amount of salmon was appropriate. So, I truly feel the English muffin was just too big.
The potatoes were delightfully crispy with just the right amount of salt. I would've prefer some more non-salt seasoning if I'm being picky.
I also had a side of bacon, which was a typical 3 piece order.
Would I order the benedit again? Yes, but I would cut away some of the English muffin. I also look forward to trying some other...

We went for breakfast today after my fiancée saw a post for the Elote Crispy Chicken Burrito on Instagram. You order at the counter and they give you a number for your meal. The gentleman working the counter was extremely personable and made us smile and feel welcome in the establishment.
The exposed brick and artwork on the wall was a great aesthetic.
I had a fantastic Arnold Palmer with their house lemonade. It was quite possibly my favorite AP and I tend to order them when I go out to eat if I’m not in the mood for soda. We shared a Baklava Latte at the end of our meal that tasted as good as it sounds. The barista did a great job with it.
The food was timely and absolutely delicious. My fiancée enjoyed her breakfast burrito (she subbed in avocado for the chorizo, a great option for non-meat eaters). I had a bite of it myself and can confirm it’s tastiness. I loved the Elote Crispy Chicken burrito from the Instagram post. It might be my favorite burrito I’ve ever had. The different flavors go together extremely well, and every bite was perfection. It is definitely a filling burrito, but it’s only a special so I’m not sure if I’ll get to have it again. I suppose that means I’ll have to go back, and I’d do so happily.
Best breakfast experience in Omaha,...
Read moreThe experience: Staff is friendly. Big and clean space. The only breakfast I like in Omaha is Early bird. Unfortunately they always packed and very hard to get a seat. I was hesitating to come here because this place is somewhat new to the area. But im glad I did. I went past lisa radial cafe and early bird and finally go to this restaurant. It is not crowded to the point that I have to stay out side and wait for a place to sit. Maybe I was just lucky. Most of the time I always feel intimidated by the white folks that eat at restaurants lol given the fact that im asian and transgender. But at here is different. There is something friendly about it. Maybe because I saw a few people of color that eat here making me feel comfortable.
The food: Amazing!!! Ordered the steak fried chicken. The problem with this typical breakfast dish at most cafe is that the steak always end up dry or gooey inside. This one here is just the right amount of moist and the crust is crispy. They put a very appropriate amount of spices on this for sure.
I would come here again. I also hope that they will serve more sweet item in the future. Majority of dishes on the menu is savory. Perhaps have a dedicated menu to pancake, waffle, and crepes? with fruit and...
