I had a bad experience here several months ago and am finally getting around to reviewing. I ordered 2 sandwiches (full meals w/ chips and drinks) for delivery as I had done several times before from my apartment. I gave them my card number, the first time they clearly typed in the wrong number. The second time I'm not sure, but they said it wasn't working. Since first national bank cards can be weird sometimes, I said I'd pay cash instead. So I very quickly ran to the convenience store down the street to withdraw some money from their atm. Got back to the apartment within 5 minutes. About 30 minutes later and there was nothing. No phone call, no food delivered, no jimmy john's car hovering nearby. So I called the store and I guess they contacted the driver because 5 minutes later, I got a phone call from the girl. She said she was lost and wasn't sure where the apartment was. Though this was kind of annoying, I didn't complain because I, too, am naturally terrible with directions and figured maybe she was new or something. After figuring out where she was, I gave her instructions, the name of my apartment, and the intersection where we were the corner building. I also said I'd go outside in front of my building to wait for her if she'd like, so she knew she was at the right place. She said she'd be there in a few minutes, so we hung up. 20-30 minutes later and there was no delivery, no food, and no phone call. I called the store back, asking what the deal was. The cashier said they couldn't deliver to my apartment because it was outside of their radius. I asked to speak to the manager, who said the same thing. She said she'd had the driver COME BACK TO THE STORE with the already made sandwiches, pops, and chips - which is not only ridiculous but a total waste of product. The point of the matter is this: 1) They should have known that they couldn't deliver to me the moment I gave them my address - BEFORE they took the order and left. 2) They should have contacted me with any issues instead of just not showing up. 3) The driver should have known where she was going 4.) The manager didn't offer an apology, which should have been the bare minimum requirement after their poor service. 5.) They took my food back to the store when they ended up being only a few blocks away from my apartment when the girl called, lost. 6.) If they don't deliver to my apartment, why have I been able to get food delivered there at least 10 times from this exact location over the span of time I've lived here? Overall, I understand and even expect mistakes here and there, especially in food service. People are human and make mistakes.But what really left the bad taste in my mouth was that the service sucked from beginning to end and absolutely nothing went well. I will not return to this location, at least not until there's better management....
Read moreThis place was a great but when I called customer service to let them know that I have a gift card from February 14,2025 that’s not working in the stores they refused to send me a different card that works it worked online but not in person the manger at this store put in the numbers they said to put in and it still didn’t work I expressed to the customer service lady that this card is for an older woman who will not be able to use the card only online she said she will not send me another card because it works on line this is totally unacceptable especially when there is $30 on a gift card that I haven't been able to used since February when it’s now June I will never buy another gift card from this place oh I failed to mention that I talked to someone a month ago and they took down my information to send me another card but when I called today to see where that card was I was told she didn't send me another card because this card works so what was the purpose of writing my personal information down I don't recommend anyone to buy...
Read moreIF I COULD GIVE A LESS THAN ZERO STAR REVIEW FOR THIS LOCATION, I WOULD!!!!!! I placed a delivery order for the Bootlegger club (meat and cheese only-No veggies or mayo on the sandwich!) Upon receiving it the first time, it came with lettuce and mayo on the sandwich. I called and voiced my dissatisfaction with the incorrect order I received! I was assured by the manager it would be remade I would get my sandwich the way I requested it. Upon getting the remade sandwich again and looking it over, I learned that they put Mayo on my sandwich (I am allergic to high concentrations of eggs). I wonder why it is hard for the workers and management in this restaurant location to understand what "meat and cheese only" actually means?!!!! I will not order from this location again. AS A RESULT OF THEIR IGNORANCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, I DO NOT GET TO HAVE LUNCH TODAY! I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
