Taco John's — Restaurant in Omaha

you guys are haters that place is pretty clean as I can see, the food is prepared with everything clean including the kettle to make seasoned meat, the customer service I have seen is really great. great with hot sauce or not I don't see how a review can just say we requested a lot of hot sauce ok...? you like hot sauce great they have super hot green sauce that's in a dish not packets and jalapenos. try those not just requesting hot sauce packets. the people that work there are very kind 2 just don't scream into the drive thru getting frustrated saying NOO I JUST WANT MEAT ON IT. then you might get laughed at and bad customer service no reason to get frustrated over someone taking your order there making your food and I just don't see why you would yell like that I have seen it happen before some old guy for no reason getting pissed off while the drive thru person was putting down what he wanted.

I work near this location and often stop in for lunch, sometimes for breakfast. Some of the staff are incredibly rude. I stopped in this morning before work so I could get breakfast, and the worker who I believe her name is Transonia was extremely disrespectful. I walked into the store and waited for a few minutes before I was even acknowledged. After the woman finished giving food to the person in the drive thru, she slowly walked across the kitchen and asked me "for her or to go," while she was still halfway across the kitchen and she had said it with no eye contact, no smile, and in a rather irritated voice. I asked her if she was talking to me because she had the drive thru headset on, and she gave me a very dirty look and in a rude way said "yeah" but dragged it out as if I was stupid. I got my food finally and walked out feeling like I was a huge bother to her. I did not walk out happy. I will NOT be going to this location again unless there are major changes in staff. This is not the first time I have gone to this location and been treated disrespectfully. I would say i6 out of the last 10 times I've visited, I've left feeling like I was bothering the workers or as if the works had no care in the world for anyone other than...

Went through the drive thru, ordered a Street Taco Trio, pulled around to the parking lot and opened the bag. Only got two tacos. Went back through the drive thru and told them what's up, they said they put three tacos in the bag and one of the employees said she saw me pull around and eat the third taco in the parking lot. A little pissed now. Pull up to the lobby and tell them to give me a refund or give me my third taco. They say no. The lady working kitchen begins to laugh at me, probably out of embarrassment, I would be embarrassed if I couldn't count to three either. Taco John's you owe me $7.35 as of 9:15pm on Tuesday, February 6th. To the GM: they told me to come get my refund from you, because apparently they didn't have the problem solving skills to just give me my money back along with the lack of decision-making skills to not call their customers a liar for no reason. I live 11 miles from your location, a 22 mile round trip, my car gets 22mpg, so I feel like an additional $2.50 to cover the costs of having to go out of my way to get my money back is a fair thing to ask for as well; $9.85 in total. Seems like a pretty nominal number to be upset about, but as it stands right now this restaurant pretty much stole...
