Placed an order a couple Saturdays ago on the app, told me it’d be ready in 30 minutes. Got here & the person at the register told me it was going to be 30 minutes, I said I placed an order on line to not have to wait so now I have to wait another 30 minutes? I asked for a refund because I had an event & could not wait, she called her manager over (Nick) who then told me he “didn’t have his laptop” so he couldn’t give me a refund but once he got home he would. Told me it would take 3-5 business days… i waited 7 BUSINESS days till i finally called, the manager who was scheduled that day told me she would call him & tell me to call me, she took down all my info & told me he’d call me in a couple hours. I’m on day 3 of still waiting on a call & 15 business days on waiting for my refund. Will never order from here again, instead I’m going to drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to the one on pacific.
