Fazoli's — Restaurant in Onalaska

Yesterday (oct. 18th) was my sons 10th birthday. He choose Fazolis to have his birthday dinner at. So my family and I took him out to celebrate. When we walked in, it was a little busy, but not packed. We ordered our food and found a table. I went to sit in the chair next to the wall an stepped in a huge puddle of old soda, the bottom of my entire shoe was covered an I was sticking to the floor. I'm still trying to pick debris off my shoe from it having been so sticky. Then we went to fill our cups with drinks, the only diet soda was out at both fountains. So I opted for some sweet tea. Nope wasnt gonna be having any tea either as both tea carafes were bone dry. So I settled with a regular soda. Went to get silverware an there were no forks. Only spotty dirty knives an spoons. There was food all over the floors. Carts pilled high with dirty dishes and half eaten food. Even the tops of the trash bins were nasty with food and liquids. We sat down an waited for our food. We got there an ordered at about 7:20pm, our food didnt make it to us til almost 9pm. By then there were only a few tables. They brought everyone's food out except my moms. A single slice of cheese pizza. Finally we stopped eating cuz we were feeling so bad that they still hadn't brought her her slice of pizza nor any breadsticks. Finally my dad had to get up an go to the counter to ask for my moms food and our breadsticks. Needless to say, we ate as fast as we possibly could an got the heck outta there. I havent seen a restaurant be that dirty in a long time. We love the food, but after having such crappy an disgusting experience, especially on my sons big day we will most likely...

Me and a group of my friends and family went here for dinner we normally love fazoils But this is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my life maybe the worst restaurant period The service was absolutely horrible the wait was pretty long not the worst but longer than it should have been The place was a mess we had to clean off are own table and they had no dishes clean so they had to give us plastic ones and they had no straws so we had to go up and ask for them and they had a huge attitude about it Than when they brought are food and drinks they gave me the wrong drink so I told my waitress and she had an attitude like “yeah I don’t care” than when she brought me back the right drink it wasn’t mixed at all it was just complete garbage And they forgot to bring us are breadsticks so I asked her if they could bring us some and she’s like “yeah I’ll bring they to you in a minute” 10-15 passed still no breadsticks so I went up to the counter to ask and she was just standing up front talking to another employee She gave me a huge attitude when I asked about them Needless to say we will probably never return to this location worst experience I’ve had at...

In a world where customer service seems to be a dying art, this is some of the best service I've received in a long time. Nancy began by greeting us right off the bat. Then she proceeded to share with us all the specials, saving us a bunch of money. She immediately came out and told our children there was a coloring contest, brought out breadsticks, and asked if there was anything she could get us while we were waiting. Nancy checked in several times, and then brought us out a bag for our leftovers... as well as a few more breadsticks to take home with us. The 6 of us in our party shared our gratitude and thanked Nancy, as well as another gentleman for their impeccable service. Nancy cleared our table and then as we were waking away, she said "just one more thing I have to give you..." and she gave my wife a hug. I think that the world needs more Nancy's...
