I went through the drive-thru and ordered the double beef 'n cheddar without the Arby's sauce combo meal. I was getting this for my friend, as I had already ate beforehand. When we got home, he was glad to see no Arby's sauce on his sandwich. That would've been perfectly fine, if they also hadn't forgotten to put cheddar on his BEEF 'N CHEDDAR. I wouldn't be as frustrated, and would've written it off as a "business is busy" accident: If it wouldn't have taken 10 minutes for just one meal to come out, if the cashier didn't ask me to repeat myself several times on more than one occasion, and if we didn't get home 5 minutes away from the establishment to cold and dry fries. I don't mind patiently waiting for our food. I don't mind having to repeat myself because I can have a low, soft voice sometimes. I don't mind paying $9 for a meal, if someone else is going to be preparing it for me. I do mind having to wait for food that is already cold and half of what I actually ordered. I do mind having to repeat myself several times, just for my order to not include half of it's initial name. It's rather irritating as this meal wasn't for myself in the first place. There was really no excuse to get the order wrong the way it was, especially since I had to gladly repeat myself several times. I don't want anything for this mistake. I just want the staff to be a little more thoughtful when trying to "provide great customer service" such as asking to repeat myself, to make sure they get the order right, just to get the order wrong. And, be a little more considerate when putting cold/dry fries in a "10...
Read moreI stopped here for dinner a little after 7. They weren't busy, and I usually have a great experience here. There were two people ahead of me in line. The first guy orders, gets his cup, fills it up at the fountain, and before he gets his lid on, they hand him his food. The second guy orders and they take a little longer with his order. He walks over to the store to buy some things and the manager walks into the back. I order and wait. And wait. And wait. Because the supervisor is no longer there, instead of bagging the food as soon as it's ready, the cashier decides to keep going back and talking to the one making the food. My shake was promptly made, yet placed on the counter close to the heat lamp while I waited for my food. My sandwich was made fairly quickly, but sat under lamp, with five other sandwiches for the ever growing line of customers that are waiting. It took 13 minutes, after my sandwich was made, before it was finally bagged and handed to me. My shake was half melted, my fries, which were completely stale to begin with, were cold, and my sandwich was a soup since it had enough time for the sauce to practically...
Read moreWe stopped by this location and were harassed by the workers because they gave us the wrong size drink. We wasted over 30 minutes in the drive through. I know there is a camera that can view all this footage of the interaction. It wasn’t just like a bad attitude, we were being personally attacked. I will be following up with Ontario Oregon police department and arby’s corporate. Since we paid for a large, that is what we expected. The two gentlemen refused to give us the rest of the order we paid for. I did call the manager and look forward to hearing from the GM Melissa. We are going to be filing a police report in this matter and continuing with legal action if necessary. The two employees pictured should not be working around people, they both need some anger management. Especially the younger employees with crooked teeth. I do have videos that I will be broadcasting online as well of the full experience while visiting this...
