Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ontario

I attended AFC 2025 at the Ontario Convention Center nearby this location right in the AM and I gotta say the view is beautiful in the morning here! I had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A and it made my day already good from the start! The spicy chicken biscuit was so fresh and delicious and the cookies and cream milkshake was perfectly blended and handcrafted! So smooth and rich and sweet with a cherry to top it off! The food was good but I can’t believe on how owner Tim Gravino runs his business. I was recently there when I seen how badly he treated one of his employees. He would belittle his employee over the most simple question. I’m not sure if his ego is just so high that he needs to always talk down on people but this is now way to run a business especially your employees the ones that are making you your money and your business running. He maybe the owner but he is a terrible leader and I hope no one goes through this because I feel terrible for his employees. Not coming back to...
