Around noonish i went in to order 1 footlong and two 6inch subs. Workers 1 female and 1 male mexican not that race matters but just sharing with the public how I was treated at one of subways establishments. I proceeded to the counter to place my order. I told the young lady I wanted 2 wheat and 1 white bread. Footlong (wheat bread) one of the 6inch (wheat bread) and the last 6inch (white bread) the young lady messed up my order 3 times as I corrected her she rolling her eyes. So I said you keep messing up my order is there someone else that can help me is there a manager? She slammed down her knife and walks to the back of I'm guessing store/break room. I asked the other worker could he help me..leaning against the glass saying IM GOOD.👀 Both lacking customer service skills. Not only was their behavior piss poor, I didn't get a welcome as walked in. They were young and inexperienced in dealing with the public. I over looked the greeting because I experience this at some places where the workers aren't friendly. I was still going to give them my business. But after how I was treated I won't be going to that subway anymore. I will be contacting the manager. I left my information on their website also. NOONE should have to be treated poorly especially when you giving them your business. Maybe they need more training on how to listen and take someone's order properly. Read moreThe customer service from this worker was terrible. If he was having a bad day that’s his problem, and shouldn’t treat the customer poorly. He didn’t want to be there, his pace was like a turtle. Line backed up and he stayed his slow pace. I asked for my sandwich to not be toasted and he puts the frozen meat on my sandwich. I had to explain to him the meat needs to be cooked but not the whole sandwich ti be toasted. His response was, “well you should’ve let me know before.” Lack of respect to answer like that.
