Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Orange Beach

Oh my gosh, such mediocre food and terrible service! When I arrived, there was one party of 2 in front of me. 2 female employees were doing nothing, and one female employee was slowly slicing meat. The 2 sandwiches she was making took a lot of discussion. Then a male employee came in and asked the party behind me for their order and wrote it down. I asked if they were skipping me, so he wrote downy order too. Then he went and stood in the backroom doorway, making 3 employees doing nothing Finally the slicing girl finished and asked for my order again. Then she asked the group behind me for their orders. They were busy with their conversation and ignored her. Slicer girl just stood there looking lost. Finally I suggested she make my sandwich. It finally got made. The whole experience took about 20 minutes. The mediocre sandwich was not worth it....

This was my first time having them and they definitely left a lasting impression and taste! My sandwich was soooo good. It was put together so nicely and with nice portions of everything. Very fulfilling! The staff was absolutely wonderful and even took the time to watch a video to make sure I got what I was looking for when I thought they would have it or be able to do it. They were super patient and kind. The building is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. 10 outta 10 easily and will definitely be visiting again when we are...

We were staying in Orange Beach, Al and received a coupon for Jersey Mike’s. It was a very nice deal so we decided to stop in. Even upon arrival, the experience was amazing. The staff was extremely nice, polite and helpful. The staff went way above and beyond expectations to accommodate our orders since one was going to be a travel sandwich. The sandwiches were exceptionally tasty and satisfying. I am extremely pleased with the food and service. You have made a fan of Jerseys Mike’s by the experience had at the Orange...
