So we’ve been coming for awhile. I called in an order because I was having problems with the app. They didn’t know how to resolve the app issue and told me to just come in and show them the rewards and they will adjust it. Call came in at 8:34 pm on 6/8/2024. I specifically ASKED am I allowed to order the Magnifico for 12.99 and use my rewards. He said I’m sure just come in and we will adjust it if you show us the reward we will take care of you. LOL get to the store and they not only wasn’t giving us the commercial price of 12.99 told my Hubs 18.97 or something like that. And then said I can’t help you with the rewards. I can only give you the advertised price. Wasted my whole time coming up there and lost a good customer. I’ll go to Hungry Howies where the service is amazing along with the pizza.

This is the right location. That’s why I noted the time of the call so perhaps retraining could facilitate. Read moreI called in an order 2 weeks ago and was mischarged due to the wrong coupon being applied when i ordered over the phone. Linda was nice and said they would void the transaction completely and do s new one. The money was supposed return to my account. It's been two weeks after numerous calls and the manager is now saying I have to wait another week for him to even begin doing something about it. When you hold my money for more than 2 weeks and give BS excuses you are stealing. I even offered to make it easy for them and instead of the money would place an order. They said no. Very bad business acumen and customer service. It's rediculous that i have to open a report with the state so that a manager can do his job correctly. Not sure if there is new management but since a few months ago their service and food level has really dropped. Last 2 oeders have been so substandard with items wrong ir missing. Bad form Marcos...
Read moreYoung lady answering the phone was very short and rude. Delivery driver forgot our greek salad, we still tipped cause he said he would be back in 10 mins. He never came back. 30 mins later, we had to call and speak to the AGAIN rude young lady on the phone. Finally a decent mature manager got on the phone and said he was so sorry and the salad would be there in 15 mins tops. Here we are, 45 minutes later with no greek salad... and the pizza was... ehhhh... the kids like hungry howies better than this. First and last time....
