Went there for dinner, and since it was take out, ready with the thermal bags. No one was wearing a mask, despite the increased COVID cases, however finished the food purchase. Arrived at home (8 minutes away) to a nightmare of cold stale food, tasteless, and overall terrible. We had to literally deconstruct the burrito and bowl to get to something barely edible (Check the pic). But the worst was to come. We called to make the complain to the shift manager, his name? Well he vehemently refused to say it, citing his right not to do so. Is that Moe's rule? Then the same manager insinuated he did not believe, yes you read that right, believe that what I said was accurate making it as it is our fault for driving away with food, and offending by insinuating we are liars. Wow folks, what a way to treat a customer. To boot when I asked for his name again, and advised of escalating he simply answered in a boastful tone that they do not have a Corporate, but a General Manager that will back him up no matter what. Sadly after reading other reviews of similar problems with closing shift manager it seems this is the case. No care for the paying customer, in this economic climate that every penny counts, and with better options around like Tijuana Flats who go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience, and only a minute away!. Want good food? Not here. Want good service? Not here. An offensive and disgusting experience.

Curbside pickup. Ordered the large queso, and 4 burrito bowls which two were the, "homewreckers" all four meals were the same weight, yet we were charged $3 more for each of the homewreckers. Upon requesting more chips we were shouted at by the manager( as he hung out the side door ) that he accommodated us with enough and refused more. Also, no extra salsa. 5 cups mostly partially filled. The Green Creme is a favorite at other Moe's, but at this location it's nearly all sour cream. We tipped 15%, but the staff were still jerks. Apparently over $7 tip wasn't enough to take a stroll out to the car and be accommodating. The first staff person was courteous, that's where it ended. Orange City bites. Do yourself a favor and check out DeLand location or head to Chipotles.

Came in today and probably won't be coming back. Asked about the moe meat moe cheese burrito. Even though it is advertised as a souble portion of steak, the employee says that is just a regular portion and that he has never done a double portion. So i swapped to a homewrecker bowl and added bacon to the bowl. There were several pieces that felt like rocks (looked like bacon as i spat it out) in my bowl that after the 3rd find made the food inedible. Also got a bowl of the chili con queso and the bowl was only filled halfway which was really dissapointing given the price. Chips were also stale and barely salted/seasoned. Worst experience ever had at a Moe's.

Hello Orange City, Dear Managers, and Corporate. I’m gonna take two views here so be patient. Worst review I will have posted so far. Used to love coming here with the family, kids loved the place, “ Welcome to Moe’s “ shouted when we came in, energetic staff, pleasant dining experience. Now that was before Covid. Fast forward to tonight! Walked in and noticed a nice make over of the place. Crickets from the staff behind the counter. Walked up, looked at the menu and thought I would get a greeting from the young lady behind the counter. Nope not a word just a look as she continued to make online orders I suppose. Doesn’t take much to say”Be with you in a minute Sir”. Stood there through three orders, then “ What can I get you?. Wanted to answer “ good attitude in a burrito but refrained from being rude. She made my food then pushed it down to the second gal position. Waited for a response there for a minute, asked for chips an Queso of which she obliged. Wrapped my food up and looked down to the empty cash register. I stood there with no direction watching my food sit there. Slid down to the empty cash register, waited there a few until the first gal yelled at someone in the back. Eventually she came out and asked if I was picking up an order. Ok, I got a little sarcastic and said yes, the one sitting over there. As she was cashing me out she asked for me to answer question on the screen? First time in my life I chose no tip as fast as I could. Looked at the salsa bar to see it all packed up with 30 mins before closing. Ok, now maybe they had rude customers all day, hate the pay and expect more ( remember you wanted this job), don’t like there boss, or something, right. Well, I started at minimum wage as a kid yet did the job to the best of my ability which showed my boss I wanted to move up to a better paying position. So here is how I will end this. Always do your best, even with the crappiest task, and be pleasant. Managers need to lead by example. Stores pay your folks the extra hour to close so they are not pressured to be cleaning and putting up chairs while people still want to eat. If your open til 9pm then your open till 9pm. Learn to follow, learn to lead. Doesn’t matter if it’s a fast food joint or a Fortune 500 company. Must be a virus between Moe’s and Jersey Mikes, same issues! Good luck, I’ll try a again in a month or so and hopefully a better out come because the new remodel is...

I am not usually on that side of town but happened to pop in the card room last night. Moe’s is not usually one of my “go to” places because of the amount of choices in my area. My spouse and I popped by last night around 7:30pm and had the opportunity to be greeted, served and impressed by the Friday night crew. They were a well oiled machine in regards to getting out the food and working together. Every single encounter from the two young men handling the food to the blonde (I know there were actually 3 there) that was at the cash register were very pleasant. It was also closing time (I remember those days) and they treated all the customers well even when it was 8:30pm.

I found the manager's card above the salsa bar and on my way out I asked one of the young men if this was the person to write. At that moment he asked “was there anything I can do or help with”, that shows a true sense of maturity.

The food was good. I had a salad and my spouse had the bowl. This is fast food not gourmet but it hit the spot and I will tell you the customer service will keep me coming back when over in Orange City.

It looks like a lot of the bad reviews are people that use third party delivery, etc. Sitting there watching the process, they seemed to be on it in regards to putting out the food. What happens when it leaves, is...
