The worst experience you can get is right at this DD location. Horrible service. The staff don't seem to care at all. Walked in to this place this morning, waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Mind you that I was the only one there, no other customers except 3 cars on the Drive Thru. 3 staffers working, and no one could get my order. After 10 minutes waiting, a man entered the place and one of the staffers immediately started chatting with him, and took his order from the pick-up side NOT from the side where customers place their order. I didn't say anything as I thought someone might come and get my order after they serve the special man who didn't have to wait for his tea. Unfortunately, no one cares, they can be heard in the back laughing. I had no choice but leave the place after spending all that time in there without getting my meal. It's definitely not worth it spending money in a place where staff don't appreciate the customers, rather they expect the customer to put up with their attitude. I am not sure if the management even care about what people are saying in the reviews because it sounds like nothing is changing. I was there last week and the service is sucks, but I went a gain this morning, but it looks like this is how they operate. It is a part of their training. AGAIN!! I repeated the order back to her and began Yelling the order back to me. I then told her that I’ll take my money elsewhere and she stated “I don’t care take it somewhere else”.
