This program can be great for shy kids, kids with disabilities or kids that need a boost in confidence but it is a complete waste of money for the average child. We signed up months before the location opened with coach Dom (who assured us it would help with our 7 year olds behavior and focus) We discussed the one on one attention needed before the location even opened. It has now been months of weekly classes where the kids basically run wild with no corrections in the middle of class or after class. Our child’s behavior is actually worse after class than any other night of the week. We reached out to the location to discuss the fact that the class was not helpful to our child and seemed more like a social hour with no corrections for inappropriate behavior or for the skills they were attempting to teach. I was asked to give it another month and told that Coach Sam would speak to my son’s coaches. Another month went by and nothing changed so I reached out to Coach Dom who claimed Sam had never discussed the issue with him and asked us to give it another month for him to make corrections with the coaches. After explaining that we would not be doing that he told my husband he would take care of the cancellation and we would not be charged further. Another employee Jack then reached out to me and we made an appointment to discuss the issues. He never called for the appointment and after bedtime asked that we make it the following day. Benefits go beyond social interactions. It translates to every day life for my son, which I’ve noticed week after week. Promotes strength, independence, and confidence. The coaches are also amazing and very engaging (we love coach Jack!). Highly recommend!

Update: Based on my previous review, it's clear that we had a great experience early on—with engaging, structured classes and great coaches who truly connected with the kids. However, I’ve noticed a decline in quality over time. Many of the original coaches have been replaced with newer staff who, while well-intentioned, don’t interact or motivate the kids as effectively. The program (especially afternoon classes), feels less structured and has shifted toward more free play rather than focused activities. While I understand that working with a younger age group is challenging, we’ve seen how well it can be done. Unfortunately, it no longer aligns with the confidence and structure originally advertised, which is disappointing. Of course, if a parent just started, they might not notice the difference. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from signing up—there are definitely still positives and it may work well for families just looking to give their kids a fun, active outlet. But I feel compelled to share my honest, updated experience. This may not be the case for older age groups, I cannot speak to that. Additionally, communication with staff hasn’t been the most effective, and customer service hasn’t always felt professional when concerns have come up. It’s a scam money grab program they ask for ur card just to get a free trail but charge you days after without authorization the classes is not enough for my 5 year old daughter the place is small they keep calling me and I said am going to come in and sign my daughter up but before I could go in they charge my card without authorization and I spoke to them about why y’all did that and they say because I said am going to sign up but I neva went to the office so because they already charged me I said ok amma let my child attention the class second class session they made my wife sign a 6 month contract without explaining what she was signing the guy just said sign her thinking she was singing in my daughter for the class that was the second strike for me I told them I neva wanted a 6 month contract and why y’all didn’t speak to me since am the one that sign up and rite after I told them I want to cancel before the first month could finish they charge me again and said since I didn’t want a 6 month contract it’s a two month minimum for month to month classes they neva gave me a contract for that they just want ur money and the kids not learning anything they say 45 minute class but the take water break every 5 minutes plus the kids ofto wait till they set up new tasks so if u think about it ur kids only getting 25 minutes it’s not worth it they only want ur money and they refuse to give me my back back after I stop my daughter from going there only 3 times and they charge me for two months it’s scam this will work for a 2 year old that’s it not for a 5...
