Ken's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Orange

Where do I begin, I’m gonna start from the beginning Ken’s Deli is amazing!!! So let me start with my story . . .my grandpa use to bring my parents when they just got married about 27 years ago. It’s been open that long maybe longer I’m only 28 haha. But my dad started bringing us when I was about 15 years old me and my brother and we immediately liked the vibe it gave us. It was a calm basic diner feel no tvs or anything fancy, just a table /chairs and quiet for you to converse with whoever you came with. I ordered the (Double Cheese Burger Deluxe) and it’s been that ever since back to the present my I’m 28yo I got kids of my own and my parents still brings us!!! And I can put my hand on fire this burger and place is the same hasn’t changed and I will continue coming here until it closes!! I love it and it’s become a family gem too us now!!! They got it all breakfast, lunch, dinner all of it is great!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for being the best...

Food: pretty good for decent price. Most options are in 5-9 price range.

Pancakes: Homecooked. Has more option than other breakfast shops ( Blueberry, chocolate chip, banana). Also size is not brag worthy but still decent( Syrup goes through the pancake, not around the inside center) Deli near Ceasars pizza/ near Orange library pancakes are bigger /thicker making it a bit dry for my taste.

Breakfast sandwich: BEC is okay. Not overly greasy. Size is decent. The sandwich bread was a bit much but thats personal opinion.

Atmosphere: small local diner. Not full like a chain restaurant....

I just discovered this coffee shop and I’m so glad I did. The vibe is fresh and modern, with lots of natural light. I ordered an iced latte and it came out quickly, tasting rich and smooth. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions about the menu. They also have several non-dairy options, which is great for people like me. The seating area is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. I love that they support local artists by displaying art on the walls. It feels like more than just a coffee shop — it’s part of the community. I’ll definitely be recommending this spot to friends. Can’t wait...
