Wow... Incredibly Well Done 👍 on remodel! This location has been Go-2 for over 30 years easy. January 2025 update...lot 2 mention. Always stayed updated or received new technology. Has the latest eating trends & even trial menu selections from time 2 time. Fortunately the Comfort Food has gotten better & healthier. Has the new digital kiosks for speedy orders!

Stellar Chicken McNuggets & share the sauces well. Have picky Quarter Pounder Hamburger 🍔 order but they got entirely correct. Even the triple crispy fries 🍟 were up 2 par. Shake was delicious. 🥤 Salads 🥗 and yogurts 🥣 r excellent snack size & value. As of January 2025 the current location boasts a super modern design and has both human & digital services. Can order from several kiosks or wait in line traditional style. Speeds things up if 2go order or stay in restaurant. Drive Thru is much more efficient and system communication is great. Seriously all new tech here. Huge soda fountain machine with great variety. Extremely open space dining room has lots of seating options for ♿ Handi-Capable folks (am double amputee). Food was very fresh and could see a very sanitized kitchen & clean minded staff that is very focused & competent. Staff also very kind. As mentioned am double amputee & they discreetly helped. Very grateful. Great folks workN. Been thru a lot of changes but still maintains quality food, swiftness while driving or in line, & has patient customer service from sincere employees. ADA Compliance is top notch. Again the refurbishment inside and out makes for new even better McDonald's experience. Highly recommend this location especially since it's franchise. Large private Parking 🅿️ lot and shared lot as well. Exterior Landscaping is very well maintained & has great flow & floral/fauna choices. Extra polished at this location on Tustin Street in City of Orange 🍊 near CA - 55 & 91 freeways plus FasTrack. Golden Arches hav went up few levels at this spot! bSafebHappybWell Enjoyl 🤙 Great value as well. Seriously- This particular McDonald's has done incredible job...

Since they rebuilt this McDonalds it has gone down the tubes. Total lack for customer care. Lack of employees. Lack of employees who can do their job and know how to do their jobs. Management is NOT and better. This use to be a busy establishment that ran well. Half the time during normal business hours the dining room is closed. I rarely get my order correct. To even get a straw and napkin I waited 15 min. They want you to use the ordering machines, yet it does not take cash, nor does it have everything on it. Therefore you wait to talk to a human....who ignores you for at least 15-20 min. Then in broken English yells use machine. Even tough you tell them you have cash and cannot.....another 12 min. Before we were helped. No joke thank goodness I was not in a hurry. Too bad my kids really wanted McDonalds. This location needs the district manager and a brand new team to ship it up. I finally left this time, went down the street to the other NICER and STAFFED McDonalds...ordered my food and received it correct all in...
